Frankly, I don't think it's that easy to get a job in either unless you're already there with a work permit. I tried to do exactly that (use services/social media to get a job in a second/third world country and then get a visa and move) and nobody gave a single solitary shit. I was even willing to accept local salaries, not giga-inflated first world ones, and I could barely get more than a "ask someone else, we wish you luck". Most countries don't just accept immigrants near-automatically like ours does, you need to have a specialized skill to get a job to get in, or already be legal to get a job. Of course you can always just break the law, most of them don't have police that are nearly well-equipped enough to hunt down every cracker overstaying a visa, but after seeing what that did to Canada I don't think anyone with a sense of ethics or morality would want to do it.
