I think Warren said in his topic that a number of people asked about Brianna seemingly only having one (rather inappropriate) outfit for every political event. Brianna definitely knows that we all make fun of The One Dress and I'm sure that's part of the reason that there's at least two other dresses in his wardrobe (a red and a beige, I think). But for whatever reason, he can't help himself.

On the subject of the 'one true dress' I suspect that Wu actually may own multiples - when you're six foot six or some other unnatural-for-women height, if you find a cut of a dress that fits, I suspect you would buy as many as you could.

Or at least that was the logic I employed when I was looking for cheap red shirts to wear during my stint working at Target.

This whole narrative is very weird when you think about it.
What they're claiming is that you can essentially decide an election with a minuscule budget and with no overt contact with any voter if you're allowed to tell the correct species of lie in the right place. That means that democracy is a gigantic sham, and its function propped up only by a gentlemen's agreement between the political parties if at all.

If it were really possible to decide an election in the way Russia is alleged to have done, why then isn't every election decided that way? Why indeed do you trust the outcome of any election?

Also, how did they arrive at that number? It's suspiciously high. How do you determine whether someone was "influenced" by Russian propaganda? I rather suspect 137 million is merely the estimate of how many Facebook accounts got a glimpse of some Russian ads, which ... does not equal "influencing," unless you're deliberately looking to scare people.

The numbers aside, because people have already pointed out they’re ludicrous, why do idiots like John think RUSSIANS influenced Americans?

Russian trolls maybe stoked the flames on twitter but the powder keg was ready, primed, and lit. People were already fed up with the PC/social justice garbage (even more so now). I had some friends today over who are gay and they were bemoaning how pc people are now and how they’re tired of this shit.

This shit wasn’t the fault of Russians but of identity politics garbage on twitter and incessant hating of white straight/cis people.

Even at the so-called worst case scenario of trump being elected, they still don't want to admit that maybe they're doing something wrong. I'll never understand how some find it easier to believe that the entire population of the United States is a laundry list of -ists and -phobes than maybe that your ideology is putting people on the defensive and making them unfriendly to your cause.

I think I saw one person on YouTube call them the new puritans. How they try, and fail, to control everything. Generally people will hear you out in a conversation or even argument, but when you flip your shit like a lunatic and yell, "DIE CIS SCUM!" people aren't receptive. That combined with just how many Left-Leaning folks are either mentally psychotic or so fucking cringey that normal people want nothing to do with them. That and the whining. The endless whining about fucking everything. This show is RACIST! This guy is a racist piece of shit for donating a million dollars to a veterans charity run by Trump! These songs from twenty fucking years ago are problematic and wouldn't be allowed today! People care about paying their bills, having healthcare, feeding themselves and their families. They don't care about and are not in any way invested in a bunch of spoiled brats complaining about nothing.
