I just want to point out, as I do every now and then, that John's one documented friend from the SOCCON era did serve in Iraq, but came back alive, and doesn't seem to be gay.

John is never going to be within 100 feet of Lynch or a setting where he might have to answer tough questions like "where do you live in the district" or "why are about 98% of your donations from the other side of the country". This venture has already lost its appeal with him and he will eventually find an out so he can move on to the next scam. It's unfortunate that we aren't going to see the brutal public dissection of the Brianna Wu character we wanted out of this but that was an optimistic desire from the beginning.

That said, you're absolutely right on about how to best take down Wu in public. John has retreated so deep into his social media hugbox that I don't think he's fully aware of how widespread most of his bullshit really is. Hell, if you press him on certain subjects in just the right way, Brianna ties himself to John Flynt without you having to open that can of worms. You don't have to do that but it's funny to see him have to admit that his much-touted "political experience" was an internship with a crazy racist.

Getting involved with John is like hugging a tar baby if you're anyone with an actual reputation. There's nothing to be gained by it, and at best, you'll get mobbed by REEEEEEing SJW troons and other idiots who were never going to vote for you (or at all) anyway because they never leave their basements except to spend their Pretty Princess Points on more stair muffins.
 
It's nauseating that an actual, real university would pay the likes of Brianna Wu anything for a speaking engagement, much less one where he's mentioned in the same company with an ex-Vice President. University of Delaware ain't Harvard or Yale, but it's not Podunk Falls Community College, either. But I suppose it isn't surprising; colleges have gone right in the shitter over the last 30 years.

But turn sorrow into laughter -- there has to be a Kiwi nearby who can record this abomination, yes?
 
What happens in the primary if there are a number of candidates who have registered their intent to stand for the election, but only one bothers with the necessary steps to get their name printed on the ballot? Is it considered uncontested, or do they have to have an election anyway for form's sake?

To put it another way, is Wu going to have to admit that she's not really standing or are we going to have a period where she tries to save face and pretend to be write-in candidate?

The election will be held no matter what. If there's just one candidate it'll still give you the option to either vote for him or a write-in.

I wonder how he would respond to being asked for their names? There's also the glaring omission that John Flynt, before his mysterious disappearance, was a Republican.

It's hilarious that there is this huge black hole in Brianna's history that his supporters simply can't permit themselves to ask or tell about, because one glance at Brianna and you know there's a Thai surgeon with a cordless drill lurking in it.

The Republicans usually at least run a sacrificial lamb.

If John doesn't even show up on the Democratic primary ballot, though, it will pretty much indicate he's given up or didn't even qualify.

It's sad because it's a public university and taxpayer money is funding this. Quick look shows that the university has been increasing tuition every year in rather large amounts. Tough to feel sorry for the universities when they cry about funding and do stuff like this. Also tough to feel sorry for students taking out huge loans when universities are using their money on con artists.
