His voice has somehow gotten worse since that vocal chord surgery he had last fall. I can't tell if it's just a failed surgery or if Wu has stopped trying, but it wasn't quite as bad (at least for his public appearances; he's always sounded like a flaming queen on his podcasts).

I assumed that the first place John would go would be to compare the Google guy to either Hitler or the KKK, so no surprises here.

Also, politics aside, when you write something at work that is generally described as a "manifesto" the results are usually pretty predictable.

There's only 3 tweets come up right now if you search spacekatgal and trent lott. All three of them are people tweeting at Wu so I wouldn't imagine they could have searched twitter so deep to find it there. There's only 5 tweets that come up if you search Brianna Wu and Trent Lott.

If you google Brianna Wu and Trent Lott then virtually every site that Wu despises comes up and shows Wu to be the crazy tranny we all laugh at.
 
Considering the amount of deleted tweets Brianna has, it is entirely possible that the tweet existed but has been erased for some time.
