By the way, the things actually hitting earth are called "Meteorites" the ones that never make it to earth and vaporize in the atmosphere are "Meteors".

Btw.:

This will be the most delicious failure of John's.
He loses both ways! Release the game and get shit on then saltpocolypse on Twitter, or don't and look like even more of a fool!
I'm so excited!
I fear he'll jerk off to the mindless drones of kotaku-tier blogger feminists giving it a full score for being made by a tranny or some shit.
Unfortunately, Wu still has enough connections to milk a few favorable reviews (or maybe even goty-titles) out of and then just ignore everything else, decrying that as sexism and gamergate bullshit.

Fortunately, that'll not help her game in the long run, and whatever happens it'll be a monument to John's inability to code a game.

Game bugs will be declared Gamergators the moment her poorly optimized, abysmally coded game crashes every couple of seconds.

So, assuming we decide to hold back the Race War Meteor for the moment - what are the chances that the game would actually make it into the store once it's "submitted to Steam"? Do they have any kind of quality control at that point or is it more or less a rubber stamp?
John's already past Steam greenlight.
There is almost no quality control on Steam, unless the game is robbing money from their customers by being unfinished (like "Journey of the Light").

TL;DR: After greenlight, Steam basically doesn't give a shit.

I offer this recently released game as an answer:
http://store.steampowered.com/app/449220/

The model quality is similar to John's game, but it has actual gameplay I guess?

I'm not too certain about this. She does, somehow, still have a following that kiss her ass on twitter who are sure to talk about how great the game is, but Wu has managed to get herself ousted from the circle of more popular "tech feminists". How many of the larger game reviewers are going to be willing to upset the likes of Zoe Quinn or Randi Harper in favor of Wu? I'm sure she'll raise as much noise as possible, but she may get quietly ignored by that whole group.

No doubt she'd be more convincing if her own employees hadn't already said they saw her doing it IRL.

Ahem.

The lack of a driver's license would help explain why Flynt/Wu always carries his passport when traveling in the U.S.

All U.S states issue photo ID cards to people who can't get or don't need a driver's license, but we can all probably imagine how important Flynt/Wu feels when he presents his passport to the night clerk at a Motel 6 in rural Alabama, oblivious as always to the fact that this, too, makes him look like a total jackass.

I've checked out most of the recurring morons that follow Wu. Most of them are:

1. Nutty as fuck SJW types who even most of the more mainline SJWs consider batshit.

2. Thirsty beta male eunuchs who chopped off their balls to ride a tranny's phantom dick to appear like they are sensitive because their standards are pathetic.

3. People Wu sucked off in the early days to get noticed on the internet who return the favor because they are all connected in a massive blowjob wreath of assholes with more talk than walk who suck each other off to feel important.

Dear Brianna Wu,

I turned 21 today. For my birthday, the one and only thing I wanted was the Steam release of Revolution 60. My gateway to adulthood would not be through an alcoholic beverage, but rather by playing as the amazing, realistic, STUNNING AND BRAVE female characters you created. For weeks I counted down the days until my birthday, hoping and praying that Revolution 60 would be released on or before the date. I checked your Twitter religiously, combing through all of your posts in the hopes of getting more than a "coming soon!" note concerning Revolution 60.

April 24th, my birthday, ends in less than an hour in my time zone and I still don't have Revolution 60.

You have let me down, Brianna. In this confusing and exciting time when I am blossoming into womanhood, I hoped you and your characters would be there for me. After all, you have claimed (either directly or indirectly) to be a voice for all women everywhere. And I believed you, Brianna. I really did.

You have RUINED my 21st birthday. I'm crying into my birthday cake right now because I don't get to play as Holiday. Where else can I look to for strong, independent female role models in video games? According to you, nowhere. That's why I was really holding out for Revolution 60 to provide me the female role models I desperately need in this trying time, but I guess you have no intention of delivering. That's why tomorrow I'm going to drop out of college and become a stripper, in the hopes that I'll find a sugar daddy. You could have prevented this, Brianna. You have let down feminism so fucking hard and I want you to know that.

I literally can't even right now,

A very disappointed former fan and aspiring stripper
