Yeah, until the victim says anything that contradicts his retelling that’s what I believe. Getting mini-cancelled back then was probably not an unreasonable punishment for whatever transgression he committed. But now people are digging it up and he’s getting punished more for it.
It’s actually kind of unfair, but I don’t feel particularly inclined to go up to bat to defend someone with any association with Breadtube, so I’ll just keep my mouth shut.

The last post I read in this thread was someone explaining how a school suspension for sexual assault is vague and nebulous, and that it might not indicate actual rape but possible allegations that could or could not have been true but they gave him a one month for safety but like, no, he just admits he did it. It’s almost odd how open and closed this is: a short accusation, a short period of speculation, and then a short full admission. Jacob’s never been this succinct in his life.
