It's kinda weird when you remember that the trend on the left for a very long time used to be that the past sucked and that we've been constantly progressing and improving throughout all of human history up till now, which is why we need to keep discarding old traditions and ideas to embrace the superior future. Let the past die, kill it if you have to. This was the credo of leftists for about as long as the leftist label has existed.

Now suddenly we learn that practically everywhere was a woke socialist utopia full of trannies at some point in its history, and then it was ruined for absolutely no reason (maybe the CIA and NATO destroyed those ancient socialist Asian empires). It's fundamentally an attempt to fit a conservative argument (it worked in the past) into a far left ideology to give it some false credibility, and it clashes horribly with what other portions of the left (feminists who think A Handmaid's Tale is a modernized version of how most of human history worked, for example) believe. I guess it's yet another way of compensating for the fall of communism and a bunch of its dirty laundry getting aired.

All these revolutionary commies think they know better than everyone else but they just human centipede all the bullshit talking points they heard from each other or read in their literature. Rare is when one seeks a plethora of original sources to form their viewpoint and even then they should remember that those that got to express their viewpoint does not capture society as a whole.

That is why I try not to prescribe how other should live their life. I am simply not that smart and I don't believe anyone is. Rather just leave me the hell alone and let me keep my money.

The Zoomers and breadtubers managed to vote in 2 of the worst presidents we have ever had over the past 12 years. Its unreal how bad Obama and Biden have been yet the left just continues to push their views as if nothing bad has happened

Obama was basically just black Dubya lite with more racial rhetoric (never forget that the race bullshit started ramping up under his presidency, ironically when electing a black man was supposed to put that behind us) who got a pass on literally everything because he was a black Democrat who made feelgood speeches.

I honestly don't know why anybody would listen to him after he made that Anita Sarkeesian video where he literally said he didn't believe in science and that he's willing to just take people he agrees with at their word even if he knows absolutely nothing about what they're talking about or if they're even educated on it at all. He wants to stay in line with the Breadtube orthodoxy too, not sure if anybody else noticed this but motherfucker said he liked Death Note then changed his opinion and made a video on why it's actually bad a bit after HBomberGuy said he didn't like it and might make a video on it, his reasoning was really retarded and badly thought out too and this is coming from a dude who doesn't really like Death Note very much.

Actually, I re-watched some Big Joel videos I had seen before and noticed a couple of things that now bug me.

First, whenever he talks video games he gets facts wrong, and I almost feel like they're so obvious he does it on purpose. Saying "Jimmy" is the protagonist of Double Dragon or that Sinister was on "Namco Museum" for example (you'd think if he played it all the time as a kid, he'd know what collection it was on).

But one specific thing was in his video "Sargon of Akkad" where he proves media influences you... using the examples of a news article and a commercial. He uses this to prove that a work of fiction could indeed make you sexist. Even when I first saw that I thought this line of thought didn't make much sense. but then, most things SJWs say never do.

Yeah, but Jefferson was responsible for creating the backbone of Southron politics and without him, the idea of a Southron confederacy wouldnt have been possible imo.

I guess this is close to supporting is point. All Art is Propaganda by George Orwell. These people always project so when they describe how everything is propaganda and people are capable of being manipulated, they are the ones believing people are stupid enough to be manipulated and that everything in society should be their propaganda.
