Bolsonaro wins

I figured I'd start this thread in a similar manner to the Swedish one, about a topic of considerable importance this weekend which we all forgot about.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brazilian_general_election,_2018
General elections are scheduled to be held in Brazil on 7 October 2018 to elect the President, Vice President and the National Congress. Elections for state Governors and Vice Governors, state Legislative Assemblies and Federal District Legislative Chamber will be held at the same time.

So, who do you think is going to win? Will @AN/ALR56 come back to life and educate us? Polls looks quite good for Bolsonaro as God-Emperor of the southern half of the New World.

I suspect that this Bolsonaro character will win. As such, I expect the following:

- Literal shaking on social media, esp. from USAnians who have never been to Brazil in their life but are literally shaking in solidarity and cryin rn.
- Massive Brazilian social media shitlosing
- Brazilian parliamentary debates to regularly feature on those clips shows of politicians beating each other up in the chamber.
- Whatever the Brazilian equivalent of the Chilean death flights is to become a /pol/ meme.
-MSM i western countries to reee for years that a non-leftist was elected

If he wins it'll be similar to the US or Poland. The media will constantly be after him, always putting him and his supporters in a bad light. I'd imagine that since there's no way he can fix Brazil in just a few years, people will slowly fall out of support and return to normalcy

Can't be Brazilian Trump without memes, so here are some.

I don't know shit about Brazilian politics, so if anyone knows why the boomer meme in particular caught on like this, I'd be interested.

The boomer meme was merged with another meme about a post of a SJW saying that she was getting harassed by her old father with a gun and a bottle of Pitu saying his daughter was an "afraid naughty petista" and that a new age have come with Jair's election :

Zema and Witzel already won on Minas Gerais and Rio de Janeiro by a large margin.
Doria is the only one struggling on the southeast region, in Sao Paulo, but he will probally win even if just by a 4% difference.
From Bolsonaro's own political party(PSL) in other states, while Moises and Rocha are winning in Santa Catarina and Rondonia, Denarium is struggling against Anchieta in Roraima(reminder that Roraima is the state that borders Venezuela).

Managed to find some state results and it's interesting that he's won the south. Usually with far-right politicians getting elected it's the poorer regions that drive their success at the expense of richer, developed ones, but here Bolsonaro has won important states like Minas Gerais, Rio and Sao Paulo.

Chaviztas are LITERALLY shaking on twitter because they have lost the last friend that could help us nearby, with the victory of Bolsonaro the Sao Paulo forum is LITERALLY DEATH

Time to ear the song of the brazilian people
