How will Eren be stopped?

It’s been a while since I read/watched Naruto, okay? I just remember him growing up an orphan.

Either way, I guess Kushan’s had a more hardcore death compared to Carla.
Now I stopped watching during shippuden, but I do believe the original story was that his mother died in child birth. Now Naruto had a bad habit of constantly for a lack of a better word retconning things so I assume what is being referring to is something revealed later in the story and thus something you wouldn't know if you only watched the first few hundred episodes of Naruto.

Sounds like what I've heard about Naruto.

I thought of this too: none of the Shonen Jump protagonist killed their mother, not even Light Yagami.
Also: Again, with One Piece ending I feel like canonically The Big Three protags have good endings.
Eren is a terrible protagonist for that alone; I'm going to rewatch the first episode for Carla's death.
To be fair, Light was responsible for killing his dad and is also an evil scumbag, but unlike Eren he is well written, even at his worst in the timeskip, Light still works as a character unlike Eren who went from a pretty solid protagonist to one of the worst villains in anime/manga

To be absolutely fair to Light though, he neither intended his dad to die, or knew it was going to happen.

He's still a scumfuck whose actions ended up leading to his father's death, and he did later go onto mock him for it during his downfall, but it's not like he actually planned for it, or knew that it was going to occur.

And Light was the better manipulator as well. Eren, not so much (I'm only on Season 1, not 4 sorry)
There's a theory that his father raising him warped Light's sense of Justice and the Death Note was not only a cure for boredom but a challenge for him...i think the video is by SethTheProgrammer. Again, sorry for the off-topic

She was the holder of the Nine Tails before Naruto. One of the Big Bads of the series broke in right as Naruto was being born, slapped a bomb on him, kidnapped the mother to release the Nine Tails, and then fought the Fourth to keep him from stopping Nine Tails.

Fourth beats him, both he and Kushina are essentially dying so they work to seal Nine Tails in Naruto to both save the village and give Naruto protection against Big Bad in the future, Nine Tails says “fuck that” and tries to skewer baby Naruto to death, and both parents take the hit to save Naruto.

So Naruto had a pretty eventful first couple hours of birth.

Yeah Light and Eren are very similar. Extreme powers. World changing even. And everything collapses due to their egos and stupidity at the end. And both AOT and Death Note looked like they were headed towards the 'evil character wins' story. But then the stories imploded in the second halves.
To be fair there is a difference. In Death Note’s case, Light’s victory over L could be a good jumping off point so it was inevitably he’d lose once the successors made their existence known. Furthermore, Light’s character makes some sort of sense given he’s been an arrogant dickhead so it’s easy to see why he went the way he did. Eren on the other hand became evil in the timeskip and his motives change as much as a fish flipping around on dry land, and the entire story bent over backwards to make sure the rumbling happened rather than it coming from natural means.

Fun fact: Kishimoto originally wanted Naruto to be Kurama's grandson.

Eren doesn't care that threat of rumbling/limited rumbling + diplomacy has the potential to save more lives, because it takes the issue out of his hands when he dies and passes on the founder to someone else. He wants to solve it once and for all and do it himself because he's just that toxic.

Biggest plothole for me is the idea of having Historia inherit the Beast Titan right after Zeke to give them a titan of royal blood. Just have ANYONE inherit the Beast Titan, and only turn her if you actually need to use founder powers. Yelena suggests that Historia's baby will keep the threat of the rumbling protecting Paradis for as long as it'll take for the Eldians to naturally die out. Meaning that kid wouldn't be able to be turned into a titan, or they'd die after 13 years. So why would they turn Historia early?

Pyxis should have been volunteering to inherit the beast. It would probably stave off the organ failure and extend his lifespan.

There's a question for Yams. If shifters get 13 years, and a 90 year old dude inherited a titan, does that mean he'd live to 103? It doesn't stop the kids from aging into adults, but would it be able to mitigate or even heal the damage of old age? Why does Eren act like it'll be his friends that might inherit the titan. Pick older people. Maybe not Pyxis old, but not teenagers.

It made sense for Marley to pick kids, because child soldiers are more easily indoctrinated and controlled and they were planning on sneaking them in places undercover.

Also, Zeke's fake plan was all, "I'll come hang with you guys for a year, but it's HISTORIA that needs to pump out the kids?" Super sus. If Zeke was actually on board with his fake plan he should be playing daddy silverback and shagging an entire harem of fertile Paradisian females in his last year to produce as many royal offspring as possible. You know they could have found 50 chicks in the walls willing to patriotically make babies in exchange for royal child support. Why didn't anyone ask Zeke this?

Big missed opportunity to turn this into a VERY special Manga if you ask me...

That's actually hilarious and I love it.

Not even 50 chicks in the walls, Zeke literally has a woman at his beck and call who views him as a god that would absolutely do it or the sake of being in history. But Zeke probably is a voluntary virgin unlike his brother whose a virgin with rage.

Oh defs Zeke wouldn't actually go along with it. Anti-natalist little cuck with daddy issues that he is. But it just seems so weird that the plan he has the Fauxasians present to the Paradisians has "Historia must have as many kids as possible in the 13 years of life she will have left." When a monthlong Zeke orgy could get the job done much better, and result in triple the amount of offspring. And no one realizes this or points it out.

It's like these people don't even realize they're in an anime.

Or Isayama is an idiot who just doesn't think of alternate solutions and just wants all the pieces in his D&D campaign to get to the Rumbling ending.
