You’ve got some carryover from Naruto fans to AoT fans, at least in terms of the ones who thought Sasuke was right and should have killed everyone.

Ok so this is how this should have ended:

Eren takes his rumbling titans across the sea. All's fine right? Except on shore he is greeted with 20 high caliber, long range anti titan riffles that pick off his titans one by one. We see a flashy display of huge guns firing and marines hurrying to reload. His titans fall one by one and Eren rees like a retard. By the time they slowly walk to the shore only few of them remain. They crush Marley but the scouts pick them up and defeat them. Eren's clumsy founding titan is useless and Eren gets shredded by a large caliber ATR to the face.

Marley and Elidia are both in ruins and the survivors realize both sides were wrong and the whole conflict was retarded. They piss on Eren's grave and Mikasa starts her own OnlyFans.

This is really the fandom's biggest problem.

They claim that AoT is the best thing ever written, and that only 4000 IQ Chads can understand it while also completely misunderstanding the entire story, and when they continue to be wrong, they double, and triple down to point where they try to write their own story and claim it's canon.

It's never been that deep, and that's just fine. Only issue is that these edgelords look like idiots for saying it is, and when it's proven to not be, their pride just makes them refuse to accept that.

I stayed away from the series until just recently due to that principle. It seemed too overhyped, even back during season 1 with everyone cooming for the OP music. MC loses loved ones, gets OP alternate form somewhat related to the thing that took his loved ones, it seemed very par for the course to me. I come around to watching it after years, and by the Marley shit I am staring at my PC saying, "Why the fuck is this happening in this way specifically?".

Episode 87 is being delayed by a week due to a "special program" being scheduled to air instead. Instead of airing of airing on March 27th, it's now going to air on April 3rd.

It's really funny how these faggots really view Eren as a patriot (which justifies why he should win while the cringevengers must die!!!!) when his real in-story reason for committing rumbling was because he wanted to and the world didn't look like Armin's storybook (yes this is actual motive even in the chapter everyone considers the best of the final chapters), and then the fact his actions could easily be interpreted as that of an incompetently retarded incel

Was it really that hard to just have it be where “the Titan powers die with Eren” and just have the last chapter be an epilogue where someone visits a cemetery to honor the dead like Hanji and Erwin, or Mikasa doing kind of what she did in the actual series where she visits a memorial she made for Eren and maybe Carla? It was right there.
