@Secret Asshole one of the biggest unspoken rules in the western entertainment industry including Japan, is jews must never be the villain. Any other group the protagonist(s) is a part of genociding rest of the human race would've been an usual nothing burger.
I'm sorry, I know it's a little confusing with all the other shit flying around in the series, but the Marleyans and the rest of the outside world aren't supposed to be the Jews. The Paradisers and the other Eldians were. That's why they were segregated in the KoM and the Walls are just basically giant concentration camps, and other shit.

The ending was basically having the Jews flip the genocide on the rest of the world with their own Hitler.

It was essentially genocide vs probable but not confirmed genocide and because both sides winning looked really bad considering how they were previously set up; the editors pulled the plug on it as soon as they realized what was actually going on.

I already know the Paradisers and the other Eldians were the not!jews as Yams is as ham fisted about it as Marvel comics with the mutants being the not!jews.

Fixed it for you.

20% of 1.6ish billion people which is 320 million vs few million no longer titan capable Paradisers and Eldians. Yup the Paradisers and Eldians are going to be genocided with justify extreme prejudice.

Editors pulled the plug after Yams shat the bed. Time to pull the plug was before he done the time skip at the very latest.

No one is the jews. The Eldians are just Japan in WW2 in a German coat of paint. The camps shit is about their treatment in the US. They even have notJapan serve the role of Germany in WW2 being the sole ally of Japan, but unable to provide much more than intelligence and tech.

Nothing about the mythology, historical grievances, or geo political situation fits that of the jews in ww2. But it slots pretty well in as a germanized Japan

Why would a japanese author writing silly monster manga turned a third rate ww2 allegory be interested in the jewish perspective of ww2?

Not to mention, Attack on Titan's politics are so painstakingly retarded that if Eren won, the worst that would happen are just some clickbait articles and retarded fans. It's more likely Isayama ended it just to piss off Eren fans or he wrote himself into a corner, magical editors interfering is just a cope for how much of a hack the author is.

Isayama did change the ending as he published the last panel years in advance but it wasn't the last panel we got, the editors wrote the thank you note at the end of the last chapter not him, and he published a second part to the last chapter subverting it with "lol everyone's dead now".

So Isayama somehow is cucked by his editors to change the ending yet is somehow allowed by those same editors to write an ending that is even worse, or he more likely:

1. Wanted to piss people off/make them "hurt" by the ending (Which I used to think is unlikely but the more I think of it, @Bunny Tracks is likely right that he just wanted to piss people off)

2. Wrote himself into a corner (which is if he was sincere and not desiring to piss others off especially given how well known Isayama is at being "subtle" in the timeskip era)

Probably a mix of both. He wrote himself into a corner, and decided to end everything by trolling his fans, especially the Erenfags

Yeah that's probably true especially with how nutty Erenfags are

Actually in AoT everyone is a Jew. The Marleyans are Jewish Nazis and the Paradisan's are Nazi Jews. Its pretty fucking retarded.
Not to mention, Attack on Titan's politics are so painstakingly retarded that if Eren won, the worst that would happen are just some clickbait articles and retarded fans. I mean, he literally could not make Eren win once it was revealed that he was just going to murder everyone. Like everyone in the thread knew this when it was revealed (I think we were all laughing at how like 5+ years of hiding what Eren planned and it was literally just 'kill fucking everyone'. It was so bad).

The problem was that he'd spent the entirety of the timeskip (pretty much the whole life of the story, basically) relying on Eren to move the plot. Everything constantly rolled in Eren's favor almost, so the problem was the entire momentum of years was basically in Eren's hands and it was impossible to remove that. The only way he removed it was pure author fiat. As it is written organically, it is simply impossible for Eren to lose. He has an army of colossal titans. A literal child god is on his side (until it turns out she was in love with her pedophile rapist).

The only way Eren lost is basically Isayama wanted it to happen. Because the most absolutely retarded shifts had to happen to make it work.

Well that, and he basically shat upon his own story with 'AoT Junior High' which is actually infinitely better than AoT itself.

I mean, that was all bullshit in interviews, I 100% don't think he had this ending in mind at all because there's nothing in the story foreshadowing it. And the whole fucking thing is completely embarrassing. I mean, I honestly think he was just going to have Eren win and just end the story with Eren killing literally fucking everyone and then showing in the future that it was all worth it, but Eren was fucking miserable. This is foreshadowed in the music video but obviously massively changed. The ending as is comes out of nowhere and is hysterically bad.

Its obvious he was told 'no' a thousand times and just never bothered to change it in advance because he's one of the laziest story-tellers in popular media out there. He waited until the last minute and just flew in the other direction. Obviously he saw Eren-fags and went 'Horry shit' and just made Eren completely embarrassing to mock them. And they're so phenomenally retarded they still don't understand that Isayama was making fun of them.

I never had any dog in the race, but it's fascinating to see how big a clusterfuck the ending is. Know somebody who loved it when it was ongoing and seemed disappointed by the ending.

Anybody think the anime will change it?

You're biting into the cope many ErenXHistoria fags are going for. There have been plenty of people coping that the ending will change because *insert longwinded conspiracy theory that goes nowhere* and "THE THEORY SUPPORTS IT".

That's not even going into Eren-fags still trying to deny reality right now, and straight up resorting to fanfiction to get the ending they desire. Pathetic, really.

Is there some rule that every shonen anime has to devolve into shipping autism at the end?
The vast majority of them aren't planned out very far ahead so you end up with spinning plates of plot points.

Why would a japanese author writing silly monster manga turned a third rate ww2 allegory be interested in the jewish perspective of ww2?
Because he is an ADD Retard who created a Mystery Basement..then distracted from it for half the series with stupid political bullshit including whatever the fuck that one Shit Torture Machine was supposed to be.

Isayama did change the ending as he published the last panel years in advance but it wasn't the last panel we got,
Writers Lie, Kishimoto directly stated that Tobi was Madara including in the Databooks...right up until it was revealed that Tobi was not actually Madara.

If you at all brought up the idea that Tobi was full of shit before Madara's Zombie was revealed you were considered "A Retard that never AKCHSUTALLY read the Manga"

I wonder if Isayama is a Net-uyoku type of guy as well. I just read again Mizuryu Kei's touhou doujinshi and I just realized how retarded that kind of people are (seriously, just change few words and you get Qtards talking points). But then I realized just how similar the political rants AoT had with works by this kind of creators

I know I wrote on another thread that Japanese creators tend to love the smell of their own farts, especially the terminally online like Net-uyoku does. And considering Isayama himself admitted he loves looking at theu audience's reaction, I wonder if he's also that kind of guy

Isn’t “looking at audience reactions” considered to be a big no-no when it comes to being a creator?

It can be good for creators who want honest feedback and try to improve. Creators like Isayama are the types of people who shouldn't look at audience reactions because they'd be sniffing their own farts to be as subversive as possible

I’ve heard that. There’s also the pandering types of creators also.

On a lighter note, someone commissioned Brandon Yates, one of the two composers for Death Battle, to make a battle track for Eren vs Lelouch from Code Geass. Enjoy.
