Well I mean don’t you agree people can be nasty shitheads here too? I genuinely do not understand the hostile attitudes so much of our userbase here have to so many communities. If we’re not bad people why are we so hateful? Why does kiwi farms need to be such a hateful site? Is that the kind of culture we want to create? I came here to laugh not get overly angry at peoples politics and gender orientation. For a place claiming to be a humour centred website the air of hostility and cynicism is huge, I wish we would all chill more.

Depends on how you look at it. The farms is morally ambiguous imo. For every thread where people spam "NYPA faggot" there's another thread where the reception ranges from just observing and loling to creating the lolz.

To avoid a wall of text I'll conclude that it's a ying-yang type of deal. If there wasn't a kiwifarms there would be something similar with a different name. You can't stop idiots from posting and you can't stop people from laughing/getting annoyed at them.
