Wait what happened to Michelle?
Nobody really knows aside from the fact she's being visibly replaced in some of her most iconic roles like Rukia Kuchiki and apparently Fujiko Mine as well

Matter of fact, Laura Bailey got her start in anime.
Seriously, she was in a lot of Funimation-dubbed anime in the early 2000's
Japan's been mocking the shit out of us for awhile now.Ogata is a national treasure. Bless her.
Call me paranoid, but given Cristina Vee's extremely vocal support of KickVic and Michelle Ruff being in some unknown hot water with Funimation, I think this may or may not be tangentially related to some Weeb Wars autism behind the scenes
But Funimation isn't involved with the newest Lupin stuff. That's Discotek, and she was back as Fujiko for the dubs they produced.
So I watched the entirety of Gleipnir in 2 sittings, there better be a second season for it. Also watched the 1st episode of Fire Force: Season 2, I enjoyed the levity of it. They need a need better intro song though.
Don’t get me wrong, I like it. But they fucking teased the intro song for a good minute and it’s disappointing. They better bounce back hard. This makes me sad since both intro songs to the first season was great. And Gleipnir was fucking awesome.

That’s true, but that was more or less lighting in the bottle, considering MayDay came ou before the anime and it fits thematically with it. I just don’t like being teased, as my gf would say.
Is the Manga of Gleipnir worthwhile? I am currently catching up on Demon SlayerI'm holding out for the dub, it'll probably disappoint but I am what I am, and I'm reading the manga.
True, but Ruff's issues with Funimation and Viz seem to be very recent, and we do know that the guys at Discotek are explicitly KickVic like Funimation and Rooster Teeth (Viz and Sentai are smart enough to not voice support for either side but also not give Vic any new work so they can cover their own asses until the court cases are over)
Also, a lot of the dubs Discotek releases are not actually produced by them but are usually newly relicensed dubs from defunct companies like Geneon/Pioneer, ADV, and Central Park Media or even expired licenses from the early days of Viz and Funimation
Depending on the series in question, she could've been in the dub because it was a Geneon dub from the late 90's/early 2000's and Discotek simply got the license to re-release it
Haganai is entry level seinen for those out there that are interested in the genre.
Well for me at least.
Nice choices.I got into seinen thanks to CLANNAD lol but it was that plus Monster and Ghost in the Shell that pretty much sealed it for me even though I don't actively search out the genre. It just typically finds me, and I wholly appreciate it even though some of the seinen moé (loli) shows tend to weird me out. I do forget Initial D is seinen, and I'm still shocked Magical Girl Pretty Sammy is seinen just because it's a Tenchi Muyo spin-off (despite being shounen).
