The manga is popular for using animal trivia as the basis for its jokes. For example, one of the main characters is a koala girl, and her favorite food is... uh, fecal pap.
It can also be quite merciless to its cast, so it's best enjoyed by lovers of schadenfreude.
Episode 2 is apparently called “Why Females put XXX in Their Mouths”.

The new animal girl anime reminded me of one: Asobi Asobase.

well, guess which seiyuu does the wolfgirl...

there's also nichijou if that kind of comedy is your thing (although some parts are really obscure).

Takeshobo, Manga Creator Sue Cloudflare for Offering Service to Piracy Sites

The Kyodo news service reported on Monday that Japanese publisher Takeshobo and a male manga creator filed a lawsuit with the Tokyo District Court against web security company Cloudflare. The lawsuit alleges that Cloudflare is complicit in copyright infringement by offering its service to manga piracy sites. Takeshobo and the manga creator are seeking damages, and Takeshobo is also seeking the removal of all its manga data temporarily stored on Cloudflare's servers.

The plaintiffs claim that Cloudflare has provided service to manga piracy sites despite knowing that the sites are illegally offering manga. Among other services, Cloudflare can act as an intermediary between a server and its end users, providing content even when the original server is facing connection issues or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.

A chapter from Keyman- The Hand of Judgement.

A T-Rex detective attempts to solve the murder of the city's superhero, only to find a rabbit hole mired in the supernatural and the occult.

Keyman is great, definitely worth a read (still need to finish it myself at some point now that it's finally done). Really, really, really good art and fantastic monster designs, the characters are great, it mixes in just enough lighthearted moments to go along with how fucking dark it frequently gets, it's unlike almost every other manga out there and you can never tell just what's going to happen next other than shit gonna get fucked up.

And all from a manga about a dinosaur man in a fedora.

Actually really hyped for this, as weak as the second half of the original was, I have a lot of faith with a fresh start they can do something really neat.

Because I saw people talk about the anime adaptation I tried reading the "Interspecies reviewers" manga because I like monster girls and it's actually pretty funny. Though, it's the type of thing where I definitely shouldn't be telling this to every person I know.

This is one thing I'm really looking forward to for the 2020s is nostalgic revivals of 2000s anime and manga, first Higurashi, now Death Note.

Anime and manga has always done this, there was a wave of revivals of 60s/70s anime in the early 90s for example, I'm looking forward to my generation getting a turn.

This won’t be a revival of Death Note. These types of OneShots are pretty common and end in their own chapter.

Death Note already had a chapter before which was about another Shinigami trying to copy what Ryuk did. It didn’t lead to a revival. This’ll still be a good read but I wouldn’t get my hopes up for a new season.
We’ve already seen our revival with the Netflix Death Note movie. We are truly blessed

Even if it's something like a OneShot, it's still a revival.

When I say "revival" I don't necessarily mean a direct sequel, just something new in an old franchise, it could be a continuation, a OneShot or even a full on reboot, just something new being done with a previously dormant franchise.
