I never found Lupa funny.

To be fair, Noah is an absolute cunt, and I can't understand how anyone can work with him for more than a minute without hitting him in the teeth with a knife sharpener.Lupa was a huge source of complaints ever since the infamous Spoony incident. I think they were looking for any excuse to get rid ofher

Glad we could get Gamergate/GRRRR SJWs in here somewhere.I was idly watching Todd in the Shadows' "The Top Ten Worst Hit Songs of 1991" and at number 1 was Bryan Adams with "Everything I Do (I Do It For You)". During this segment of the video Todd went on a diatribe against Adams for having all his negative reviews and info pulled from Allmusic in the name of censorship.
Hm... that reminds of me of someone Todd's girlfriend (and Todd himself) happens to support... who could it be?

Nope, can't possibly think who that could remind me of...

One should watch how much of GG they bring up. As much as how Todd may have some involvement, it shouldn't really contribute to here. One can bring up his ideology if he were to shoehorn it into his reviews like Nostalgia Critic trying to put some storyline into his reviews despite the fact that not many people came to hear about a review, not politics or some skit.Glad we could get Gamergate/GRRRR SJWs in here somewhere.
I've heard more then one reddit rumor/piece of gossip that everyone on TGWTG/CA hated Noah (and Linkara too) behind their backs, but tolerated them because of views they brought in.
Yeah, I mostly brought that up to showcase his hypocrisy. Credit where it's due: he keeps it out of his reviews. One should watch how much of GG they bring up. I know he issued a ban on GamerGaters being members of his site
A quarter of the Fury Road review was devoted to that, too, with a healthy addition of "IDZ A FEMINIST MOVIE."I know he issued a ban on GamerGaters being members of his site but has he been bringing it up in his reviews too? He made a hopelessly pandering MRA joke in his Jupiter Rising review but I didn't know he'd specifically brought up GamerGate.
Ah right, I couldn't get past the first few minutes of that one. I'm sick of the pretentious, overly-dramatic "The movie was good... but is it a masterpiece?" posturing where he acts like he's going to put forth the most controversial opinion ever. Seriously Doug, you're vastly overestimating your relevance.A quarter of the Fury Road review was devoted to that, too, with a healthy addition of "IDZ A FEMINIST MOVIE."
Nope, speaking as someone who lived through that era of music. I can safely say that while there are some worse bands than others, none of them are particularly good. Even remotely. There's nü-metal that's actually worth listening to?
Yeah, if Doug had just a little self-awareness, he would have realized these "reviews" he keeps on doing aren't that great. And the opinions he shoehorns in aren't much better than the rest of the content.Ah right, I couldn't get past the first few minutes of that one. "As early as"?Doug's been on a serious downward slope for quite a while now. You could even argue it happened as early as Kickassia
Well, Kickassia was five years ago now..."As early as"?
I mean that his decline started before.Well, Kickassia was five years ago now...
I guess? Kickassia just sticks out to be the most because I literally had a moment where I had to pause the video and started thinking about what I'm doing with my time.I mean that his decline started before.

Anita ain't much of a looker is she?
Man I used to think Todd was cool and now he's just like, the worst
I think Doug's decline began after his initial "retirement". NC had already been hit-or-miss in my eyes in terms of some of the reviews made before he wanted to retire, but his decision to start making more episodes felt to much of an act of unwanted fan service.
