Declaring a state of emergency just means that the state can be considered for government aid money. It changes next to nothing as far as daily life is concerned.

I’m pretty sure it works the same in the UK too, as soon as a city of town declares a case of coronavirus they’re offered extra medical funding. It’s officially hit my town so I expect the doctors surgeries to be a clusterfuck of panic

Yea it does - our county is 'corona-free' atm and nobody here panics about anything lol but everything is ready officially - little consultation-pods outside A+E - idk if patients are seen in Hazmat suits cos if not it seems kinda pointless 🤷
 
My money would be on Ricky catching it from someone at work and it entering the house that way.

I like how she cant be assed to credit the artist. Its not like its one of those shitty inspirational quote images she shares that look like old woman on Facebook share them.
