The fact that the food is on top of the napkin means this is probably leftovers and she had a much bigger meal. No restaurant gives you takeaway and puts a napkin in first and then piles the food on top of it, that’s stupid. She was given the box with a napkin in it for her to pack up her own leftovers, and she just dumped her food in there without removing the napkin first.

God at least post the whole meal if you’re going to post it. Not the fraction of leftovers that you’re going to eat in the car before you even get home.
 
She's 600lbs. Occam's razor suggests she's eating upwards of 5K calories a day. That picture was but a small snack for our dainty girl.

Hell, in January that's when she was "losing weight". It was due to some sort of flu or something. Becks had the same thing. These fucks are the unhealthiest people I've ever seen.

Remember when Becks got some sort of upper respiratory infection and Hambert was such a cunt to her because she dared to cough?

How'd do you go to Sonny's and not get those delicious crinkle cut fries. I call BS on that is all she had, maybe for a minute after she finished but there is no way that small of a meal satisfied her whale sized hunger. That was just the only meal she posted, she didn't post the ribs, fries and corn nuggets.

Also not a napkin under the food. Sonny's napkins are just plain brown, that is liner they use in the take out boxes when you order food to go.

Anybody can cook, if they want to. We live in the internet age, after all. There are literally millions of free recipes out there. If you have measuring cups and spoons, a few pots, a stove, and a fifth-grade reading level, there is no limit to healthy, simple, delicious meals she can make at home.

She is just too lazy. Not only too lazy to read a recipe, but too lazy to measure things, too lazy to prep anything, too lazy even to cut things small with a knife. That's her real issue, not the awful food she produces on her own.

She always drones on about how giving her too much restriction is not good for keeping the binge monster at bay. Here’s the thing, no one is asking her to. What people do ask is that she start limiting how much she eats. Even competitive fitness athlete have a hard time sticking to a diet of plain grilled chicken and steamed veggies. No one is asking her to do that. When she was living at Krystal’s she said she lost weight eating lean cuisines. Is it the healthiest? No, but if she doesn’t end up feeling deprived, she could eat 10 of those a day and still lose weight.

She sets herself up in a number of ways when she posts photos of things like these. She sets herself up to fail by chosing the lowest cal meal because it will leave her craving, and it also sets her up to look like a moron for claiming to eat right and gaining 12lbs in a month. I mean the only reason she would think of snapping this is because it was her only healthy meal this week, or to mislead people into thinking that she is trying.

Amber makes more than that for even less time because let's be real, her vlogs are extremely low effort. Amber just has to sit there, eat her Burger King, and post the virtually unedited footage to Youtube in order to receive over 100,000 views in return.

Amberlynn needs ~3850 calories right now just to maintain her weight. Gaining the way she does currently, I would roughly ballpark it at 7500 average if I remember the weigh ins correctly, she really is blowing up right now.

I tried bulking once and could barely get above 3500. That is a lot of food. And she eats twice that, that is absurd, I doubt people really get an idea when it is written down, so have a visual. It requires constant eating or very high calorie meals full of processed shit if you are lazy, and she is lazy.

She's not necessarily eating 3500 calories of food (although she might be), she probably gets a sizeable chunk from her drinks.
