In the comments of a reaction channel that covered this, there were other things that didn't add up
:lossmanjack:
I almost hate to play the advocate, but as usual, these comments from reaction channels are retarded and they don't know what the fuck they are talking about.
Most vet offices are closed the day after Thanksgiving and certainly wouldn't schedule a surgery for that day.
Most even medium volume vets are open on holidays, let alone days before or after. A ton of bullshit happens during these times.

-You have strange pets coming to stay with family and put into an established dynamic
-Stress diarrhea from having a ton of strangers over
-Mocha decides to countersurf the kids table since they left a shit ton of food unattended
-People who are boarding forget they need their pets entire vaccine history to enter the boarding facility and they're there now (or worse, they won't be admitted till they slide in to your clinic for an exam and that distemper they let expire)
-Mocha has to travel in the car for 6 hours and they forgot they need a refill of her sedative
...the list goes on. Holidays make a lot of money.

Depending on how many doctors they have at the clinic Twinkie goes to, there is usually a specific surgery day set for each vet so there are no conflicts in the surgery suite. If her's is Fridays, you bet your ass they will be there. Days "in observance of holidays" really aren't a thing in this industry. Even on Christmas eve at a high volume, non boarding clinic, it's rare to get a half day.
Vets shy away from doing invasive surgery on older dogs.
This is not true. A healthy older dog with good liver/kidney function blood work results will absolutely be a candidate for even the casual 'lumpy bumpies' that have cleared a biopsy for being benign. Especially if the area will impede the pet from sleeping comfortably or will be underneath them while they rest in certain positions. Laser removal is also a lot more common now and cuts healing time significantly. Mass removals are no big deal.
How would Twinkie even get a surgery slot on such short notice?
Vets usually schedule them by time. Sometimes you just have a kitten spay and a couple of dentals scheduled (they require anesthesia so it's considered a surgery, but the techs will do most of the work here), so there's absolutely time to slide in a fat Chihuahua mix for a little mass removal. Something that size is easily added to the schedule.

Let's also not forget, this may not be her primary care vet. They could have referred her to a specialist/Emergency services vet nearby. They're open 24/7 365

tldr: its absolutely possible, commenters are fat retards who lie about their creds to try to own amber

I've seen a lot of speculation that she euthanizedTwinkie, mostly from Reddit (of course). Their reasoning for this is that if Twinkie actually came out of surgery successfully, she'd have shown him on Instagram or a community post. But as someone mentioned earlier, It could just purely be for sympathy and donations.

Imo if she'd had Twinkie put down, she'd either just.. never show her again and act like Twinkie never existed like we see with Rarity. Or make a huge deal out of it for gibs and sympathy.

Or lie about it for months and months in order to save her potential cameos and donations. Then when there is nothing more to gain from lying about it she will tell everyone twonk is actually dead. Utilizing her dead pets as drama bait is something she's already done before.

It’s not right. Not trying to power level but have had a few pets need surgery over the years and it’s always been the same no matter where I am.

For an an actual under anesthesia surgery they take your pet in at the same time in the morning (around 8-9 am) and they go home at the end of the day. (4-5 pm) It’s not like you drop off your pet right before the surgery and pick them ip right after.

Everyone has a little kennel they stay in before and after surgery where the staff will monitor them and do the pre-surgery bloodwork etc. An older dog would need to be monitored for several hours after surgery because they can have a lot of complications. They want to make sure they go potty and can walk. Things Amber can’t do btw.

For a lump that size she would end up having quite a large scar as they will need to make sure they get clean margins. It’s not like a quick lump removal on the skin, they have to really get in there. One of my dogs had a quarter sized tumor and her scar was like 6 inches long, it was gnarly. Lots of aftercare.

So no I don’t think Twonk had surgery and if she did Amber won’t be able to properly take care of her when she gets home.

Also mild powerlevel, have family members who are veterinarians and grew up helping out in practices/animal shelters. Surgery drop off times are always early morning hours, usually before the practice is actually open which is why they also only schedule surgeries on specific days, they tend to have multiple surgeries scheduled for a single day so it can vary on what time your pet is actually seen depending on the severity of the other surgeries for the day. I will say that I had an animal of my own in a few months ago for some dental extractions/cleaning and drop off was before normal practice hours but I did get a phone call about 4-5 hours later that my pet was awake/recovering and I would be able to pick them up in a few hours so in total it was about 8-9 hours between drop off and pickup times. I don't think it's outside of the realm of possibility Twinkie may have been priority/first surgery of the day given her age and for the vet to call with an update on her status after 3-4 hours saying she is awake/recovering well and Amber posting the update as soon as she had it tracks.

If Twonk's mass was actually benign it probably wouldn't take too long to remove vs. something that was cancerous, especially if it was only something like a fatty mass on the surface level. I had a pocket pet years ago that had a benign mass and I was actually present for the removal and it was pretty much just 1-2 snips and stitching the wound back up, it only took maybe 15 minutes. But that was obviously a much smaller animal. But also, if it was benign/not a health concern why go through the process of putting your senior dog under anesthesia which is always risky? I can't imagine a vet recommending surgery on an animal that old unless it was dire. But hasn't Amber been saying Twinkie's lump was just benign/not concerning up until she got demonetized and now suddenly it's an issue and needs surgery? So was Amber lying about how severe Twinkie's mass actually was or is her suddenly needing surgery just a lah to get sympathy points/bux?

I don't think it's right tbh
I worked in a vet clinic as an assistant briefly. Mostly just cleaning and looking after the animals post-surgery so take it with a grain of salt. I also don't know if it works differently in the US. But all the animals that were scheduled for surgery that day would be taken in in the morning. There would be a short window for checkups and minor things, and then surgery would start. If nothing went wrong during the operation it could easily have been a fairly quick surgery, but then there would have been at least 1-2 hours aftercare to make sure Twink was awake, alert, and responsive at least. She would probably be fed and they'd make note of whether she'd toileted.

It was an all day routine of taking animals in > checkups > surgery > pets that could go home would be released at the end of the day. So it would likely be a good 6-8 hours if everything went well. The vet I worked under would call owners and tell them how the surgery on their pet went and give them an estimate of when they could be picked up if they were recovering well.
It has been the same with my own pets too. Vet calls and gives you a time that you can go and pick them up, usually in the evening around 4-5pm.

But Amber isn't saying she picked Twinkie up 3 hours later, just that the surgery went well. In my experience, if Twinkie was the first op of the day it's not unrealistic that the vet might have called her afterwards just to reassure her that everything was fine.

If Twinkie was the most senior patient they had that day I could easily see her being scheduled first to make sure everything went well/she had a smooth recovery, so for her to get a call after 3-4 hours to give an update on how Twinkie was recovering isn't outside of the realm of possibility. I agree with what you're saying that she may have posted the update as soon as she had it from the vet but that doesn't necessarily mean she was home in 3 hours.

Not a dog person, and I don't think cats get these, but....aren't these like surface level lipomas?

A new Instagram Q&A.

I’ll update this post as they roll in.

Update: She just ragequit the Instagram Q&A and won't do them anymore.

Was mama lynn and Amber laughing as they divided up all of the Grandma's stuff?

Not serious about an actual job search. She is reapplying for monetization in 90 days

Just safe to assume its over 600 pounds considering the lives and tiktoks

Mama Lynn doesn't give a fuck

Is it really unconscious bias if she actively ignores everything?

Gorlworld had a good Thanksgiving too, Amber. "Full of love schadenfreude and laughter."
Mama Lynn doesn't give a fuck
"I feel bad for you. It's not fair." is what relatives say at Thanksgiving to their fuckup nephew who got fired AGAIN for skipping work for a week. Or when their cousin won't shut the fuck up about her ex-husband, "He's a jerk. You can do better." [he isn't and she can't]

She's incapable of understanding when someone's blowing smoke up her ass if she likes the lie. Amber is the type who believes all those fake compliments people give deathfats, too. "Um...I wish I had your eyes. They're so pretty." [backs away slowly] "You've got such a great sense of style." "You're so funny."

She obviously believes all the people who tell her that her hair is beautiful and makes her look so young and feminine. Anyone else would figure out that hair is like straw and makes her look even weirder than she would with normal hair. I guarantee women being introduced to her for the first time are like...[awkward pause]..."Wow, your hair is so long. You're so lucky."

I hate that she keeps referring to this as "losing her job" as if she were some factory worker who got laid off through no fault of their own. This is her business. Online content creation is her business. One of the responsibilities you have as a business owner is following all applicable laws/regulations/rules/policies. Amber violated YT's TOS. If she's going to say she didn't know, well, part of her job is knowing. If the Legionnaire's Garden Chinese Buff-ette by the Dollar Tree in Monticello got shut down for health code violations, the owner couldn't just be like, "I lost my job! It's not my fault! Give me money!"

PL but I know plenty of solo professionals and there are times where they go weeks or months without having any clients (and thus make zero money), either because of the seasonal nature of the work or bad luck or the economy just sucking. They still have to "go to work" during those dry spells. They still have to be available in case someone does want to hire them. They have to manage their website and their marketing strategy. They have to do professional development. They might be doing pro bono work or personal projects to continue building up their portfolio of work product. They have to network to bring in new business. They don't put all their possessions up for sale and tell everyone they're quitting.

Amber wants all the benefits of being self-employed—only working when she wants, how she wants, on her schedule, without ever being accountable to others or having any limitations on her behavior—with none of the drawbacks. She wants the main benefit of being a regular W-2 worker bee—knowing you're getting the same amount of money every two weeks—without having to drive to an office and work 8-10 hours a day and be respectful to her manager or coworkers and stick to schedules and deadlines and all that other stuff.
