E.R.s don't keep specialists on hand in the middle of the night just in case someone comes in with a very specific issue.
If you're not seeing a GP regularly or when there are issues, you can't expect to just rock up to an E.R. and have them diagnose and treat you on the spot. That's what doctors are for. You pay a premium so you have 1 on 1 time with someone who can check/track your symptoms and if needs be, refer you for imaging or to a specialist.

You want to be a gigantic fat ass? Fine but understand it comes with health risks and you probably need a good GP who can be on hand when needed for issues like, oh I don't know, bleeding from your fucking vagina for years on end.

Yes, I mentioned the fall in the shower during the Dusty era. She sat naked on the floor screaming for Dusty to help her up and it took about 20-30 mins for her to get enough energy to lift herself with Dusty's help, of course. This was when she was almost 400.

There is no way to know this without an MRI.

It is true that partially torn ligaments can heal themselves (again can’t know they’re partially torn without MRI) but this process can take literal months, especially if this ankle has to share the load of 500lbs.
