Nurses insight of the day: When people are as big as amber machines can’t properly read their heart rate or blood pressure. It will always read too low because the fit of the band/cuff is wrong and the excess fat layers are blocking the receptor from detecting properly, even the hospital grade blood pressure machines don’t work on them. When there’s a person ambers size it’s best to take a manual blood pressure and heart rate for an accurate reading, maybe hers was 160 not 60.

the other thing with the fitbit I don't understand, is if it was showing 60 and she was having anxiety it wouldn't be 60. Anxiety raises your heart rate. If you were "having anxiety" and your heart rate was 60, it means the fucking thing can't read your heart rate properly or it's broken or you're too fat.
 
when fat albert was 355 and a skinny legend her ankle tit was already formed..
From what I can tell she has it on one ankle way worse than the other.
