That case of Jade's is going to get really spicy if they find out she is in Kentucky at any point even during. If they find out during they can ask to go recollect data and return as new evidence emerged and changed the course of events. (I forgot the actual term lol)

I thought something was awry from the get-go because the stupid cunt would not appear and I swore it was related to the court case. She is stupid to call a jury because Jurys do not like grifters, they hate them. She thinks the jury will see a black lady who is partially a sped and give her uWu points. Jade does not know juries, if you are caught lying and on retrial, it would be stated multiple times.

Jade in truth is what we all suspected a massive grifter and pretty arrogant. Jade is someone who THINKS she is clever but is far from it. That employer had every right to fire the bitch because she took a role she would not do and expected to be paid.

How long will this case take? Is there any pre-action protocols, preliminary hearings, etc or whatever they are called in the U. S. If Jade lose her case, can she be assigned cost? Will it be televised?

Typically in car accident cases, if you are the one who is being sued (because the accident was your fault), your insurance company will pay for your attorney (they typically have law firms in every area that they work with to represent their policyholders). If Jade for some reason didn't have any insurance, she'd be on the hook for her own attorney, but if that were the case, the plaintiff's attorney probably wouldn't bother filing suit in the first place (because getting a $100K judgment against a broke bitch who has no money or assets isn't worth the paper it's printed on).
