Faxx is doing everything correct legally. Posting e-mails is a no-no and would look tacky from a judge's verdict so is dealing with it professionally. They give a single statement, which is good PR-wise, stating facts but also doubling as a warning to Amber. If Faxx continues to get immorally struck Youtube has a parameter that ignores the report, you can still do it but the automation system puts it so far down on priorities it is practically immune.

AF is doing everything correct what you should do and appears to have consulted someone because this is very by the books. They probably know someone in the field either way Amber better stay back.

Amber striking channels ironically would on the algorithm make her channel in danger as machine learning wise it would make the machine more responsive to reports. Amber's channel has been a series of playing the algorithm for years but it can die by it too. Machines are impartial but also so are most lawyers, especially copyright ones. Amber is playing a really retarded game, which she would not win.
 
Amber’s last video has 33k views after 1 day while Apathetic faxX has 70k views, more than twice. It must annoy Amber to no end. No wonder she is trying to ban her channel. Obviously, improving her content is not part of her plan.

Her appointment is likely be later this month, but this does not mean that she will get surgery. It is the 4th surgeon that she is consulting. As with the others, they will ask her to go on a restricted diet and see a psychotherapist before having surgery. She will not do it.

Where is her new car? Did she say in December that getting a new car was “in the work”? How long does it take to get a car in the US.?

How long does it take to get a car in the US? As long as it takes to secure financing. So not very long at all.

If a new car was 'in the works' in December, she should already have it. Easily. Unless she's so fucking toxic so far as credit is concerned that even the most loan-shark of loan-shark back-alley dealerships wouldn't touch her with a ten foot pole. And having seen some absolutely abysmal loan practices in the past with regards to suckers and used car dealerships (what can I say - as senior enlisted leadership, I've had to get junior personnel out of some of these very scenarios), her being avoided by the skeeziest of skeeze doesn't seem very... probable.

M'thinks it's more probable that she spent the money she was going to spend on a vehicle on Door Dash.

I dont see a pretty solid (for the most part) person digging into their savings or getting a second job or taking out a loan and selling plasma for amber to screech, not get a real job and do nothing but eat and be a couple thousand dollars a month burden. She will leave more than likely if amber doesnt get her shit together.

You can bet your bottom dollar on it, and it scares Amber crazy. I can’t see Jade supporting Amber playing with Legos and spending all her awaking hours eating. The deal between them is that Amber has to be self-sufficient with YouTube. Otherwise, I do not see Jade staying for long. Amber has said that she is eventually moving, most likely to New York City. Amber wanted to go to California; I do not see it if Jade does not want to. I think Jade is driving a hard bargain and Amber does not have much choice. Krystle, Destiny and Becky were idiots that did everything Amber said, but not this time. Amber knows that if Jade leaves, she will be alone. She has burned every bridges she had.

Jade wanted the easy life with Amber and thought she could move to Cali and get in some affirmative action tech job. Just like the picture of Wipey and Twinkie taken by Amber on Amber's phone and posted onto Amber's Instagram account but it wasn't actually Amber, it'll be Wipey sending the emails. Just from Amber's IP address, email address, and using Amber's rose gold ipad. But what you have to realise is that it's totally liduhrully not Amber, you guise.
