What is all this bullshit about judges and legality? There's no court here except the court of YT. AF is under no obligation to keep private either emails or DMs sent to them unsolicited. There's also no harassment in making them public, for the same reason: they have no agreement with Big Al that they will in fact keep them private, and since "the public" is not the entity that will be deciding anything, it doesn't hurt AF's case to make them public. It's as stupid as those people with the idiotic "this email is confidential and may not be disseminated" crap in their signatures. You cannot preemptively demand people keep whatever shit you're sending confidential.

If this were real life and not online, sure. But this is not a legal court of law, and a demonstration of fair use is all that is required by AF. They've made that assertion previously, and YT very clearly agreed with them. One you've established a history of appealing wrongfully sent claims, guess who gets more of the benefit of the doubt moving forward? Not the claimee, that's for sure. Get enough of your shit claims tossed, and then you're looking at having your own channel nuked, and I guarantee you Big Al would heave her ass up and escort whoever the fuck is living with her and giving her this advice to the door for real before she allowed her one and only possible source of income dry up and blow away.

I have to agree with this. It's wise to take a step back and just remember this is just a video upload site just including a button to contest a video due to some outdated laws. The drama it is based on is entertaining to us but in the grand scheme of things; NoOneCaresEricClip.mp3

No one is going to lift a finger to start any sort of legal proceedings because it's a waste of time and money. Especially if one party doesn't want their information to be made public.

Worst case scenario is that Amber throws enough shit that Faxx actually loses their channel and any money associated with it.

Faxx can release whatever they want. It's just Internet drama. They'll never be a civil claim because Amber is dumb and lazy and they'll never be a criminal claim because no one will care.

It just makes me laugh at the time when Becky threatened the reaction channels with legal action. A woman who wanted to contest her finance agreement and failed to do so simply because the car salesman had moved on to other employment. If we recall, we used to think she was the smart one of the two.

The best thing about this whole drama with Amber striking Fax is that Amber led more people to view the channel by making a stink about it, and in the process made the channel owner more aware of their own actions to ensure they will not post unedited footage that qualifies as a copyright strike ever again. Amber really did just amp up the views and quality of a competing channel and now she's crying and farting in emails about it. Fucking great stuff.

And of course when I say Amber did this to herself I mean Wipey did this to her own cash cow. Way to go Jade.

They both have a means to prove their side of the story. That thumbnail is terrible, I did for a second not realize it was Amber. The content was so dull though, it's the gaul that she thinks each of these boring as shit videos is owed 100k views. It has also been 103 days since Amber hit 100k of views on a video, so far Amber has only made 450k views in January of her videos this month. She has 7 more uploads to make 550k.

She has been floating around the lower 1,000,000 since August 2021 and if she makes it another month in less than, in the highest viewing months btw. The decline section of her channel's history is in full effect and that this point it cannot be stopped. She has had 5 months to stop it but refuses to do anything that requires effort.
