Normally I would agree with the malingering angle, but there's no way any insurance--even Medicare/Medicaid would pay for a feeding tube if it wasn't actually medically necessary. So unless she's conned many doctors into signing off on it, it is likely necessary.
 
As a former fat goofy kid growing up in one of the most verbally abusive cities in the world I pride myself on being able to ridicule anyone's appearance.

Normally I would agree with the malingering angle, but there's no way any insurance--even Medicare/Medicaid would pay for a feeding tube if it wasn't actually medically necessary. So unless she's conned many doctors into signing off on it, it is likely necessary.

Eh, disagree to some extent. Post mentions drugs in her past, and I remember seeing someone on intervention who wouldn't stop using her feeding tube long past after it was medically necessary, and mentioned loving the feeling and such. Doctors usually want to find a way other than a feeding tube because of the tendacy for the hole to get infected.

Though regardless, she probably needs help in that regard either way... Why you would be taking pictures of it is beyond me.
 
Back on the subject of drugs...
She may have done other drugs besides LSD that caused her issues.
But sometimes unscrupulous dealers will sell other chems and call them LSD.
DXM is a common one, and it can cause brain damage in a way that might resemble autism. There's also jimsonweed, which can cause long term delusional breaks with reality.

In one of her more recent posts, she talks about getting a second feeding tube "installed" (for lack of a better term, sorry). I'll try and find it later, but it was definitely within the last couple of months.
