I mean, it makes sense. We humans are animals, and we have innate tendencies toward certain behaviors. Haven't you ever wondered why cats like to sit in cardboard boxes? It's such a weird and seemingly arbitrary thing. There are no cardboard boxes in a cat's ancestral environment, so theoretically there's no reason for this behavior to have evolved ...but it clearly did, as it is clearly innate and therefore a product of genes.

Similarly, for whatever reason, black women behave in certain ways. I can no more explain it than I can explain the cat's behavior - but it is certainly innate. Black women share certain genes. White women share certain genes. Some of those genes are different, and give rise to different patterns of behavior.

For some reason, a lot of people feel comfortable confronting people who park in handicap spots. To me that seems like a great way to get shot.

The one thing you know about this person before you confront them is that they don't give a fuck about the law. For you to imagine that they're going to give a fuck about whatever you say to them, or that they're gonna reflect on their action and feel shame - that's pretty naive.

If it were me, I'd take pictures or video of the car clearly indicating a) that it is in a handicapped parking spot b) that no appropriate sign is present and c) the license plate number and give those images over to the right people in whatever municipality so the fine can be issued anonymously.

The police will not rush to save your life. If a situation seems dangerous they will take their time and let it resolve itself before they arrive.

A car illegally parked in a handicapped spot, however, is a big ticket item. The cops will arrive rapidly with a tow truck. Don't argue with the driver, just put the call in as soon as you see it.

what you CAN'T always know about a person is whether they're handicapped, but at the same time that hardly matters if your car isn't logged, you could have trouble walking but if you don't have that sticker on your car tough luck bitch

handicapped spots being enforced socially and not legally would be nice but that is another privilege of a high trust society, being able to tell a person that their behavior isn't right and them being able to tell you that actually, they just healed from an injury and would benefit from parking here, and it's all based on trust and none of you gets shanked... that is a nice but impossible dream

That does happen (hence "Broward County" getting the nickname "Coward County" after such a response to a school shooting) but I've seen plenty of bodycam footage where they're headed right into the danger

I could see it both ways honestly. The woman filming is subjectively a "Karen" or she cares so deeply about her child the sight of lazy nigger putting her needs above someone who actually needs that parking spot offends her.

The interesting part is the stupid nigger appears more concerned with being called out socially as a lazy nigger than the parking violation itself. The woman is 100% naive for trying to reason with the dumb cunt. Naive beyond words trying to teach sympathy to a nigger. You take your chances, you can try and size a person up, guess how they are going to handle confrontation. It's all risk/reward.

I wish I could say I was smarter but, a few moments over the years I've let my nigger fatigue get the best of me, I've rustled jimmies of a few dumb niggers who tested my patience for my own entertainment. Some nigger who annoys you, you know you'll never see again I find it easy to just walk away; when that shit comes knocking on your front door you need to put the fear of fucking God into them.

Yeah, it's always fun to blow someone's mind by pointing them to cases like DeShaney vs. Winnebago and Town of Castle Rock vs. Gonzales, two SCOTUS cases that affirmed that police are not obligated to protect citizens.

A cop can literally stand ten feet away from you, eating a donut and dipping it in his coffee, watching a nigger run up and slowly carve you to pieces with a hunting knife and bleed you out for ten minutes, and smile and wave at a bystander's camera saying "yup, I see it, and I'm not gonna do shit." Qualified immunity applies, no liability, your next of kin can't do shit. Pay your taxes, faggot. The police don't serve you.

There are plenty of good human beings wearing police uniforms out there who don't agree with that attitude and who will step into danger to save an innocent, but they're not compelled by law to do so, and the law protects them when they don't.

the only issue is that these are just flavor words and they don't actually believe in them, if they did and they fought the actual system they'd be a perfectly fine movement, but they don't, that's just an excuse invented after the fact to make em look good and cover up their actual motivation which is to be niggers and commit crime

people who are actually critical of cops understand that the issue with the police is that it doesn't do anything to stop actual crime and instead criminalizes what shouldn't be criminal, not the nonsense that they're too harsh on actual criminals

Here's the thing about those rulings: if they hadn't been made then the police / government would be on the hook, in court, for every crime they don't stop, which is the majority of them. It sounds a lot more dismal than it really is.
