My issue with Chud the Retard is that he's digging a legal hole that modern society has made it fucking hell to be in for men like him.

He must know that's he's taunting the social-justice bear of nigger-worship and 0% accountability, but perhaps we what truly need is just one brave person to make a principled stand, to say "No, no civilised person should violently chimp-out over mere words. The utterance 'n-word' is not and never should have been a license to kill; grow up, you savages, and cease proving us correct about you, if you can".

He is choosing to make himself a test case to showcase the absurdity and injustice of the current state of racial affairs.

On Chud, no matter your opinion on Blacks I think running around with a camera antagonizing randos is a stupid fucking idea because, even removing things like race and laws from the equation, you don’t know who you’re fucking with and whether or not they’re totally nuts.
And if we do include race in the equation and you’re of the belief that Blacks are inherently violent and retarded, how did you expect this side quest to end? And for what, Internet clout and a few donos? Bitch, get a fucking job you’re as nigger as a White man can get.

Yeah it's one thing if Chud said the n-word in public and black people walked 10, a few dozen or hundred feet to confront and assault him over a word. It's another when Chud is saying it and confronting the black people. If your point of saying the N-word in public, is that you should say it without getting physically attacked, don't seek out and approach a black person, let the offended black people do the confronting. Also have body cams on yourself, because that will definitely save you.

The good news is, that guy now has to sit on the witness stand and be asked, "did you consider just ...not physically attacking him??"

If Chud is smart, he'll make his own lawyer put him on the stand. Normally, your lawyer is going to tell you that's a bad idea, and normally it is. If you the defendant take the stand, then you have to endure cross examination. But in this case, cross examination is going to be an SJW prosecutor asking questions like, "didn't you anticipate that uttering the magic word would make the precious BIPOCS attack you??" and he can say, "I anticipated that you, the state, would secure for me my freedom of speech - why aren't you doing that??"

The judge is not going to allow Chud to claim self defense. Quote me on this. He will not be allowed to argue in court that he feared for his life and thus had to defend himself. The only defense he'll be allowed to mount is stuff like, "I'm not the one who fired the gun" - a defense that definitely wont work. He has to take the stand and let the prosecution imply that whites aren't allowed to say the magic word.
