Would he though? He bought it well before they married (hell, before he even met her) so I don't think she'd have a claim on that.

Alimony, on the other hand? Yeah, she'll get that for awhile. "Why do I have to pay her, she's not cleaning and cooking anymore?!?"

There's also a chance that his mother made Phil sign a prenup as Phil is dumb and doesn't even know what it is.

His mother is horrible with money too though so I doubt it.

Prenups are often not enforced. And with how deceitful Phil is with his finances he probably didn't let Kat know just how much he makes, which would be grounds for dismissal.

@Shirō Ishii said he can become an affiliate in October, but I don't know if him being banned from the partner program affects in any way this option...

However, if can't get partnership, or even affiliate, there's zero chance of him going back to Twitch. He would have to increase the tips goal to, like, $300 per stream to make up for the lost revenue...

The idea being that twitch is a better place overall than youtube, which it is. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but money-wise, partnership and affiliate are the same, it's just that partnership gets more. I know somebody posted the differences a few days back

Please tell me how the fuck Psychonauts 2 is retro? This son of a bitch plays the same street fighter over and over and we know that's never getting dropped. But alas, the King of Begging strikes again!

He calls it "retro", and "oldschool" and how the platforming plays like oldschool platformers. But when he misses a jump it's outdated. He made this switch more than once in less than 5 minutes each today.

Pressing X to jump is an out-of-date mechanic. What viewers crave is a purely text-based chapter detailing the emotional and physical context of the jump, before the player presses X. Oh, and a BIPOC NPC in the background who can be on the receiving end of painfully dated racial stereotypes.

THAT is the future of gaming!
