Hope this hasn't been shared already, but some small part of me likes to imagine that Chris would enjoy the regimen of jail and slowly more and more satisfied by it until he has to finally leave.
There is a strong chance he might, especially with every single distraction removed from his life. Folks need to remember how much Chris bounces around from thing to thing, toy to toy, so without any of that, Chris may latch onto the routines and correction services. They do have programs like how to "deal with the outside world", and some including things like "how to work a job".

Just from my own experience, a friend got sent to the state penitentiary for two years, he ended up taking all the options for these "classes" that they offered to get out of the block and two really stuck in his mind. One was basically "Don't freak out if something bad happens to you", which was a two week course on dealing with stress issues. A lot of the people in that class had battery charges and similar because in their mind, someone did something bad to them, so it was perfectly in their right to go kick the shit out of them or something.

The other dealt with jobs since there was a large amount of convicts that may have had basically Chris's work history. He said it was like a third grade class the way it was taught, but it was pretty upbeat and offered work histories for the convicts that took it up, so that when they left prison, they could say that the worked scrubbing floors or something for years, and there was a person at the jail that would vouch for them.

Up until this point, Chris really has never had to exist an environment without all his toys, fast food, and constantly getting nearly everything he wants. I'm still holding out hopes that a few years of regimented routine will do him better than anything else he's been offered in life, except for that treatment back in elementary school.

He Will be tricked into ding stupid shit in jail, like giving drugs to other inmates and Will be shanked for it if he goes to jail.

I’ve been rewatching some old Barb footage from the Financhu Crisis saga, she’s been gone upstairs for years, y’all are retarded if you think she’ll be charged with anything.

Even if Chris is away for 5 years, I think there will still be weens and enablers left in the world. I would assume that most pre-merge Christorians here have been following him since before 2016. Even if he fades from the mainstream consciousness, Chris will still exist in the thoughts and hearts of the retards in the world with nothing better to do. My best guess is that he’ll end up in a housing program through social services once he’s out, and if they’re smart, they’ll set him up with a payee to manage his money for him. Someone, somewhere will be dumb enough to throw money at him once he’s out.

I’m not expecting a major personality change. Chris has shown through years of attempted intervention that he’s never going to take accountability for his actions or ever experience any meaningful change. It might take him a while to readjust, but I have a feeling once he has unmonitored access to the internet again he’ll likely return to a lot of his old ways.

My moneys on him becoming a born again Christian though.

First off, Weens can videocall Chris in prison, penpal Chris etc - send Chris money in exchange for chatting with him and so on. Frigging Charles Manson had loads of penpals so eventually we'll start having some sort of semi regular updates about Chris and ebegging via proxies, some of who may or may not forward the money to Chris to buy commissary for buying candy and buying prison clout - So I don't know why people would assume that we would have a 10 year blackout. Chris isn't some high security prisoner going to gitmo and being able to communicate with the outside world through some smuggled kites. chris will eventually, if charged with the r and not just slapped on the wrist, have access to telephone calls, video calls, email, pen and paper letters etc.

After prison it's back to same ebegging and buying transformers and crap - because really, why wouldn't it be? more people will mess with chris and something else will happen.

Why do people think that every rapist or sex offender immediately dies inside prison? if you're in america then search for your local sex offender lists and it'll prove that statement false. There's also loads of even bigger morons than Chris who survive jail and prison stints gays and sexual deviants and rapists not surviving a day in jail and being raped is an oxymoron anyways when only ones who could be doing the buttfucking are other men(who would be at least bisexual, and after doing it rapists themselves). Other prison politics dictate who gets offed and who doesn't but sure everyone who kills anyone inside will default to saying that the other guy was a chomo hence it was justified. just like you'll find dozens of murder robbers there who "only stole from drug dealers" - ie people who lie as much as Chris does..

I tell you what would be funny though, Chris learning prison tattooing and doing sonichu tats. Possibly being egged to tattoo a swastika on forehead to show of how straight he is - or alternatively Chris willingly becoming a prison waifu for tyrone who has a sixpack and a very tempting body.

The random event factor is high in jail, but it's not like it's some certainty, but still for most prisoners the biggest problem is just staying out once they've served their time not actually just surviving the gig.

I do agree with that Chris might join the church inside just to have something to do. possibly get kicked out of it, somehow.

No way in hell Mr. Sonichu gets the psych defense, we have to remember he's his greatest troll. He'll fuck this up and blame Mr. Mayamoto Judge for his incompetency in judging autism.

He's already on a clear-cut path to pissing off the Judge by demanding his belongings, next step is using his DIRTY CRAPPED BRIEFS as a weapon for escape
Using the psych defense is a loser move anyway in most cases. certainly would be if it stays just a case with penalty ranging from fines to 10 years. it would be such an loser move of epic proportions.

regardless of what happens, Chris at the very least will have SOME financial stability from his SSI disability payments which generally cannot be revoked by a felony conviction. I would imagine should Chris go to prison there is a good chance that they'll get some sort of probationary release with stipulations against contact with Barb, and possibly against internet access or otherwise close monitoring of online communications. My guess is probably a group home for sexual offenders or otherwise the start of the true and honest homeless saga, but as my experience primarily comes from the front-end of criminal trials, I am mostly speculating on release stipulations.
Why do you think there would be controlling of chris's online communications? the crimes don't have strictly anything to do with that. Chris will have access to prison email and video calling from prison even.

Chris can't do a halfway house with a work requirement though. Can you imagine chris doing telemarketing?

I would find it amusing if Chris actually came out of prison more adjusted, and started acting like an adult. Reason I would find it amusing is I can't imagine it being a possibility he'll take any lessons he's learned throughout this whole ordeal, but I've been proven wrong before.

I hate to admit it, but that might be a possibility.

I'd like to add, though, that said transition is going to be rough. Chris has spent close to 40 years surrounded by toys and video games. That's his cemented routine.
I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he starts carving Sonichu toys out of soap, or drawing his own art to stick on the cell walls with toothpaste (yes, that can happen. Inmates can make entire chess boards in cells, so it's not out of the question.)

He Will be tricked into ding stupid shit in jail, like giving drugs to other inmates and Will be shanked for it if he goes to jail.
Chris never learns. Being tricked into doing something stupid is his modus operandi. I mean, that's how he wound up in jail in the first place, right?

Chris is definitely going to rub off on a few inmates as a 'weak' one, and they get tested to see just how weak they are (for example, being asked to give up parts of your meal.)
I've spoken about Chris being a drug mule, but that would apply if he's sentenced to prison (long-term incarceration exceeding a year) not so much jail (facilities meant to hold people for a year or less.) As for being shanked, that's if Chris pisses off the wrong dude, such as looking in a cell when he shouldn't or sitting in the wrong seat, or worse yet, snitches, which is the BIGGEST problem for him (he can't keep a secret, obviously.)

Unfortunately, this is Chris. He might just do that. He should be thankful he doesn't call people 'homos' much anymore, seeing as one thing he can see in a cell are two dudes fucking.

I'm wheezing at the thought that this thread will overtake "What will happen when Barb dies"
To be fair: This topic is not a far way off from that one. Chris going to jail was a possibility, and Barb might as well be dead to him at this point.

Chris is going to ramble about how his life sucks and how he's the creator of Electric Hedgehog Pokemon, because autism.
If he gets put to work, bet your ass it'll be chores that don't involve him talking to people.

On a side note, one thing I did observe in Chris' Hour Tour 3 video were a decent pair of dumbbells at the foot of his bed, approximately 20s or 25s.
If Chris was smart, he would use his rec time to do some strength training. Hopefully, one of his cellmates would show him the ropes enough to spot him.
I know there are some dudes in jails and prisons that would look out for the new guys and take them on as a pet project of theirs. Let's see if that happens to Chris.

This raises some interesting possibilities. As others have said, lots of prisoners are really bored and are just looking for things to pass the time. Also, many prisoners by now know of or even grew up themselves playing Pokemon and Sonic. Part of me can see them listening to Chris's ramblings about Sonichu just to pass some time, and to a lesser extent just treat him as basically a source of amusement much like he has been for the last 13 years or so. While prisoners can certainly be violent and Chris is definitely at risk of being abused in some form, he not really a risk to any of the inmates' power structures or the "political" system, nor is he really that mentally ill compared to many other prisoners.

This is definitely some wishful thinking on my part though, and definitely not a given considering the nature of his charged crime and likely additional charges.

Any prisoners amused by Chris' antics are in the stage of fucking around with him to see what makes him tick. Kind of like how a cat bats around a mouse it caught.
This was the scenario in real life, and it's going to be the same in jail.
But, who knows? Chris did attract the likes of Jacob Sockness to him, after all.

Chris isn't going to be a risk to prison politics, true, but the things that might work against him: His hygiene, his loose mouth and him being seen as 'weak' by the other inmates.
There are inmates that will smash your head against the walls for doing things like leaving the sink untidy, or flushing in such a way that the poo gas wafts through the entire cell.
There are many things that can set a prisoner off, especially in that tight space. He'd better hope that he's alone in his cell, or at least gets a cellmate that can tolerate him well enough.

Unfortunately, that's a LOT to ask for when you consider his charge. Prisoners will not take kindly to the fact that he raped his mother.
There's a saying that goes: "All men love their mamas," and I reckon that this is true for even hardcore crooks who are guilty of more heinous things like murder.
Somebody might be planning to punish him for it. There is one incident where the inmates dropped an entire floor buffer directly on another's head, when they found out that he was a snitch.

I mean, he's managed to fuck up his one safety blanket... his house and his mom's financial support. Without that he is genuinely doomed to be a potato in a state funded psych ward or a crackhead. I have no doubt he will be diagnosed with a psychotic disorder in prison, so the outlook of the rest of his life is mostly determined by how he's going to respond to treatment. Best case scenario? He's obedient to his treatment and it actually improves his condition, he stays on meds when he gets out and maybe gets some work experience or something while in jail. Maybe he gets into some program for speds working somewhere, idk. In reality though he's prob gonna get drugged into a coma half the time and leave jail more fucked up than he went in. Couple that w the trauma I'm sure he'll endure and....yea I don't want to think abt it.

If Chris earns himself a spot on the SOR I wonder what they will list his crime as. In my state, incest shows up on the listing as “Crimes Against Nature”. For the longest time I always thought that meant they were a chicken fucker or something. Every state is different regarding how they list or categorize their sexual crime. Some seem to be intentionally vague.

because really, why wouldn't it be?
Because he is going to lose his house if he won't pay for it in three months. Also, after what he has done his weens are supporting a rapist, so maybe, just maybe things are going to change.

Why do people think that every rapist or sex offender immediately dies inside prison?
It doesn't matter. Chris is everything you shouldn't be if you end up in a prison. He won't die unless his health will finally get so much worse than before, but he is going to have very hard time. He spent several days in jail after macing and he still refuses to talk about it. Imagine how prison is going to break him.

Also, stop multiposting like a faggot.

1. (Highest Chance, Neutral Ending) He'll fade into obscurity, begging for money either online and struggle even more than he used to, if convicted as a SO. He's already impossible to hire, now it's even more difficult since people on all sides hate people like him, except maybe trannies who are defensive of even the most evil of other troons. Maybe even go homeless. Or maybe he'll join the Tranch!

2. (Second-Highest Chance, Bad/Legendary/Secret Ending) He'll kill himself. Probably by overdosing on painkillers, because it's the easiest and least painful and least work-intensive. If anyone find him it will be a caretaker within 24 hours or a fan/troll within a week of silence.

3. (Lowest Chance, Good Ending) He'll have an epiphany, abandon the Tranny shit, stop obsessing over cartoons, find someone to help him. I'd reccomend he just join a fucking monastery of some sort, if that's even possible near him. Entrench himeslf in a positive and healthy enviornment. He completely flips his life around, becomes a advocate for de-transitioning, autism, and internet safety for mentally disabled. He dies peacefully celibate, with his current friends, and have his new friends, whoever they may be, attend his funeral, along with potentially hundreds of internet fans and trolls/ex-trolls.
I Hope we get the Good ending, but like you said highly unlikely.

He'll either fade into obscurity or just go back to his ways while enablers pat him on the back
If he gets a lenghty sentence he will likely fade into obscurity within like a year.
he'll probably have finally learned his lesson about posting stuff online to say the least.
Chris and learning a lesson? Uh...
Chris isn't going to survive prison.
Since he's a celebrity and mentally ill, it's likely he won't be kept together with the other inmates. Not that prisons care about what happens to inmates, but due to fear of lawsuits and bad publicity.
