I don't think Chris is insane. I'm in the group that believes he's just delusional from years of abuse and having his fantasies played into and never really talked out of. It is possible, though. But the reality is none of us are his doctors and its all speculation unless something is presented. Chris may or may not be insane. I'm sure something about his mental state will come up in the trial, though and then we'll know what the professionals think. But I'mma be skeptical on that because its jail and let's be real...its just gonna be a quick psych evaluation.

Dude, he is turning 40, not 20. His autistic brain has long been developed and considering his lifestyle of no struggle he can't learn anything new beyond fucking his own mother. I am not saying he should be let go because of that, quite the opposite - he's shown that he can take advantage over someone helpless and I since I don't see him learning from this mistake, yeah, like's ever been able to, he should be isolated from society.

Yeah, I said the treatment will be given but he will learn nothing from it. The treatment staff can only hope to make a dent in his plan.

That's actually the most surprising thing in all that insanity plea stuff. Look at this.
The guy who is considered insane is not the one who tells that God told him through his dog to kill, but the one who politely explains what happened, but in the end can't simply tell why, because he didn't have a motive to begin with. Also, why do people think that if Chris considered insane he will escape prison? He will be put into mental facility for criminals, since he is obviously dangerous, and those things are just like prisons only worse. He will be among dangerous criminals and medicated 24/7, so his attorney is better explain to him what he is doing.

Can you imagine Chris having any sense in interrogation or discussions with council? Working for his own defense? Chris has been crying about his toys while his poor PD is trying to figure out how to plead it out without more outbursts

No way in hell Mr. Sonichu gets the psych defense, we have to remember he's his greatest troll. He'll fuck this up and blame Mr. Mayamoto Judge for his incompetency in judging autism.

He's already on a clear-cut path to pissing off the Judge by demanding his belongings, next step is using his DIRTY CRAPPED BRIEFS as a weapon for escape
 
I think he will be put in civil confinement. He's white and retarded. His lawyer would have a field day presenting his rantings to a jury. His trip down retard lane is well documented. He slips in and out of reality. The best thing that could happen to him is he gets put in civil confinement where he recieves intensive mental healthcare and psychotropic drugs. Some day when they deem he's under control, release him, but stipulate he must reside in a group home and continue to follow a mental healthcare plan set out by his doctors. I don't think he will ever be capable of living life on his own.

What I really think is going to happen is exactly what i said, except he escapes the group home and violates his parole to attend a con at the urging of trolls.
 
What makes you think Chris will not be under some kind of supervision for the rest of his life

He is tailor made for some kind of group home after getting out of jail (if he ever does), and any freedom he is given he will abuse (or plain elope if he can manage it) and be remanded to more and more restrictive living situations unless he mellows out as he goes through middle age into old people-dom

A successful psych attempt would be worse, he'd be in a hospital for the rest of his life.
 
Supported community living is my best bet. Chris isn't capable of independence so he will probably get thrown in a group home under supervision and the false hope he actually learns something.

Chris will get a group home at best, at worst he will go to prison/jail for a year or two and come out more disturbed in some ways and with no where to go.

He is ripe for other prisoners to use him all day and night. I wouldn't be surprised if a ween taught him plug a bun.

You're all in for disappointment if you're putting your hopes on some loony bin tard going all wabbit season on his double-wide surprise.
Even if this prison smut plot ends up playing for reals, then what? It's not like any kiwi will have front row seats for the show. We'll have to wait a long time before Chris spills the beans with some uninspired account of whatever happened to him and, it won't be worth the wait.

Chris Motherfucking saga is not the swan song we may have wanted, but it's the one this timeline deserves.
 
regardless of what happens, Chris at the very least will have SOME financial stability from his SSI disability payments which generally cannot be revoked by a felony conviction. I would imagine should Chris go to prison there is a good chance that they'll get some sort of probationary release with stipulations against contact with Barb, and possibly against internet access or otherwise close monitoring of online communications. My guess is probably a group home for sexual offenders or otherwise the start of the true and honest homeless saga, but as my experience primarily comes from the front-end of criminal trials, I am mostly speculating on release stipulations.
 
The house will be gone even if he's in the slammer for a year.

Hope this hasn't been shared already, but some small part of me likes to imagine that Chris would enjoy the regimen of jail and slowly more and more satisfied by it until he has to finally leave.
