I didn't know she was still active on the internet. It's actually sort of nice to see that she's rebounded and is still doing her thing. I wonder if DSP still buys her amazing hand made soap that is infinitely better than the stuff that you get at the store?

While doing research for my next video, I've come to the conclusion that if he registered his business as an S-corp rather than sole proprietorship, he could probably save several thousand dollars a year in self-employment tax (depending on what he's reporting his net earnings as). Of course, he probably has no idea what any of this means.
 
Gotta love that phil has a stream dedicated to people asking his opinion and advice on various topics (Ask the King) when said person has zero life experience, zero social life, no hobbies, and a life long track record of losing every opportunity granted to him through his terrible attitude and decision making - and recently declared bankruptcy.

You can ask him about Pro Wrestling I guess, but if you take advice from him in any other area you are doomed.

If nothing else, phil is a case study in how not to make decisions in life.

Phil isn't much of a wrestling fan, either. He only seemed to follow it seriously for a brief period in the 2000s, and that may only have been because his buddies John Rambo and the other one are actual fans.

Phil's only passions seem to be food and being nigger rich.

But this is also when a lot of the gold dust and hot lore comes from. He can't help but talk about his personal life and that gives us shit to laugh at. Some of the old ATK are classics, the way he talks about his experiences in life as if he's an anime Protagonist is hilarious.

And especially nowadays, with all the lies he can't keep up its interesting to hear what dumb shit he'll say next

Yeah then in that case he is open to a non-wage garnishment, although I still suspect the bank wont bother since they are a one time thing and are more sensitive to timing and DSP delaying it.

Do we know for sure he is a sole proprietorship? I both don't trust Phil to 1) tell the truth and 2) to actually know anything about his own business. You can still muddy the waters by being an LLC and operating out of your own home. For example an LLC operating out of a home can still count some of the internet as a business expense, even if 10% of the internet use is sending emails and 90% is netflix.

I doubt Leanna even thinks about that dark period of her life anymore, understandably so, but I do hope she revels in her new life from time to time. She really did a great job separating herself from that piece of shit, and here she is flourishing and Phil’s life keeps somehow getting worse and worse.
