Power leveling, but the coronavirus thread was advance warning and let my circle stock up on shit before all the lockdowns started and get family that was overseas home.
Having a stock of supplies that lets you bunker down for even a month is worth its weight in gold, and I can't stress that enough how nice that was to have during the peak of the pandemic.
I grew up Mormon. It's more or less customary for Mormons to set up a room somewhere in their house with 3 months of food and water, in large part because the church leadership encourages it.
No longer part of the church, but old habits die hard. I keep several bags of textured soy, rice, beans, peas, lentils, powdered milk, corn meal mix, spices and boullion, a big can or Crisco, as well as several jugs of purified water.

Shit, it ought to be beaten into every American's head from childhood to do so.

Look at all the happy smiling black people on a farm!
Was about to say, there’s actually a rather large population of black South African farmers. It may be smaller as a proportion of the overall black population compared to whites but that might be due to black labor mostly being in heavy industry/mining.

Is it dieing down or are the nigs just feasting on there loot and will resume tommorrow?

Was about to say, there’s actually a rather large population of black South African farmers. It may be smaller as a proportion of the overall black population compared to whites but that might be due to black labor mostly being in heavy industry/mining.
Statistics are easy enough to find.

Although they form the majority of the population, Black South Africans currently own the least amount of land for farming and agriculture (4%), followed closely by Indian people (5%) — in comparison, white people own 72% of farms and agricultural holdings owned by individuals, according to Africa Check.

According to the 2017 state land audit, farms and other agricultural land amounted to just over 111 million hectares in 2015. The audit only provides a racial breakdown for agricultural land owned by individuals, some 37 million hectares. It estimates that white people own 72% of this land – 26.7 million hectares.

So the 72 percent is only of individually owned land (so sole proprietorships). Somewhat important because a lot of farm land is owned by businesses, government, and tribal groups.
So so do some napkin math that still means that 64 million hectares is not individually owned, meaning that individual white ownership is actually closer to 33%, but the same source does include estimates on companies and trusts:
An Agri SA land audit estimated that white farmers owned 68.5 million hectares of agricultural land in 2016. This includes land owned by companies and trusts and amounts to 56% of total land.Agricultural economist Wandile Sihlobo gave Africa Check an estimate of agricultural land not owned by white people.

Nearly a quarter of a century after the transition to democracy, blacks make up 80% of the population but own just 4% of individually held farmland and 30% of urban land. Whites are 8% of the population and own 72% of farmland and 49% of urban land.
Here we see the 72% stat again, but again in the context of individual ownership.

I believe the source of the 72% stat is this report https://www.gov.za/sites/default/files/gcis_document/201802/landauditreport13feb2018.pdf
Table 4 shows that a total of 37 078 289 ha farms and agricultural holdings are owned by individuals: 26 663 144 ha or 72% of which are Whites; followed by Coloured at 5 371 383 ha or 15%; Indians at 2 031 790 ha or 5%; Africans at 1 314 873 ha or 4%. Co-owners own 425 537 ha or 1% and other own 1 271 562 ha or 3%.
Some other stats in this report but I'm too lazy to parse through it, and generally I think the information above give a generally good idea of the land ownership.

And yet ANC coninues to approve townships and poverty because these people couldn't afford to live normal villages.

fascinating how that works. Its almost like the problem cannot be fixed without competent leadership

For anyone who wants to know what a township is, it is pretty much a haitian style city and zone setup outside main cities where people can pretty much get on a list to "Lease" the land at almost no cost

Anything goes in townships. Container homes, Tin Shacks, mud huts, normal houses. Generally power through these township is scarce and clean water and sewage are only available to those who pay. Its pretty much a massive containment zone for people who are poor.

Instead of Government housing apartment like strutctures in area's were unskilled labor is in high demand....so these people stay busy and productive like they used to do....The government allows these mega trailer parks to exist in the middle of nowhere outside of major cities

Go ahead and look for yourself on google. There are hundreds of square miles that look like this. These placed literally didn't exist until the ANC took power, the people living in them now lived in remote tribal villages and away from the cities.
