FWIW, his house is fuzzied out on Google Street View. He's already been released. Only took about three hours.

You have to go back.Thank christ for Kiwi Farms. I found you after /r/samandtolki got nuked by reddit cucks I thought people wouldn't be able to laugh at this fat cunt and document his retardation ever again.
He really let his past E-fame go to his head. I doubt many people are going about their day worried sick that Boogie is going to jail. They scroll through their feed, see it, comment on it/like it and move on. I think Boogie does this because he has no one in his life (friends or family) who really care about him, so he turns to his audience for that adoration. What the hell is he talking about? He's on social media almost 24/7. And everyone knew he was home almost immediately.
Edit - By saying today he is home and safe implies he spent the night in jail, which he didn't.
He had a meltdown a few weeks back over the PKA Highlights channel posting the Boogie Tesla clip and made sure to throw a whole bunch of content creators under the bus (h3 included):"I was urged to speak on this". It looks like Boogie's been spending a lot of his time trying to get others to speak out in a supportive way about him. Also, likely on his alts as well with that hilarious attempt to get H3 to say something. Funny thing about that is Ethan's been completely ignoring Boogie as far as I can tell, even though Boogie injected himself into Ethan v Keemstar as a submissive beta who was bullied by Keemstar to try and give Ethan ammo.
You make good points all around, bit I think the prosecutor is going to focus on the warning shot and how irresponsible it is. I think he’s going to highlight the reasoning of “if you feel secure enough to aim your weapon elsewhere and take your eyes off the attacker long enough to fire off a round, then your life wasn’t in danger and you knew it”. I think they’ll go over self defense laws nominally, to set ground work, but the crux of it will be that dumb ass warning shot (imvho). Unless I’m missing something, which is entirely possible lol.If they impose new criminal liability, they're an ex post facto law because they're punishing someone for something they couldn't know would be made illegal later, but this amendment makes something legal that was illegal previously. It doesn't give an effective date, so I'm going to assume (and you know the dangers of that) that it took effect immediately, but I'm not sure about retroactivity.
I think the prosecutor believes he can win with either interpretation though. If I'm reading the amendment properly, it extends the protections previously reserved for the "castle" to anywhere a person is lawfully present, and deletes the language about duty to retreat, and possibly other things.
I don't think it's relevant to Boogie either because he had no duty to retreat anyway.
This makes the protection similar to other SYG states like Florida. It doesn't seem to give a special hearing on the issue before trial, though, which Florida does.
It's called solipsism. He really let his past E-fame go to his head.
It’s going to relevant in the sense that he came out of a locked house to fire his dumb warning shot. If he had a duty to retreat he’s (his lawyer) going to have significantly less wiggle room in his defense. In a stand your ground state you can confront your attacker, it’s fine. Otherwise, by law, he shouldn’t have come out of the house and the prosecutor is going to hound on that.do jails have to feed morbidly obese youtubers 4000 calories a day?
Did you even read what he was charged with before speculating? It has nothing to do with stand your ground or a duty to retreat. he has a duty not to fire his gun in the middle of a city for no reason.

In fact, Boogie thinks he's such a high priority in people's lives that this is how he started off a video when the pandemic was getting out of control last year:
Rambling_ Don't Panic-_1.mp4
"Yeah Italy's in lockdown, but don't worry about me guys. Don't worry about me, I don't want you worrying about me."
As if anyone was worrying about how Boogie was going to survive the pandemic.

The person who he retweeted is wrong about h3h3 turning against him btw, but he's such a dumbass with no filter that he doesn't even think twice about putting all these creators on blast. Might explain why the PKA Highlights channel is dropping a lot of embarrassing Boogie clips at the moment.
I think in his first appearance on the killstream they all seemed to get along. Boogie was making the edgy jokes and everything.>the killstream turned against you
I don't recall the gunt and crew liking him at all.
What a narcissist and manipulative swine. Who in their right mind would jump from shutdowns to worrying about some washed up, obese YouTube e-celeb?"Yeah Italy's in lockdown, but don't worry about me guys. Don't worry about me, I don't want you worrying about me."
As if anyone was worrying about how Boogie was going to survive the pandemic.
I think the only way he gets a sentence, or at least a significant one, is if the prosecutor has to watch so much video of this fuckwad that he develops an A-Log level hatred of him.
Is the killstream the group where boogie said good things came from the holocaust? Because when he went on the next time after that they were sucking up to boogie.>the killstream turned against you

Probably i haven't seen that shitshow in a long time but it seems more likely since ethan is a sped.Is the killstream the group where boogie said good things came from the holocaust? Because when he went on the next time after that they were sucking up to boogie.
It's not that he didn't have a right to do it, but that him doing it isn't consistent with a claim of being in fear of his life. They may try to argue that while he didn't have a duty to retreat, that doesn't mean he had a right to advance and confront. I don't think much of that. I think he had a right to go out on his own front porch to tell someone to get off it, even while armed. It's what he did once he got out there that is the problem. He didn't have a right to endanger the neighborhood. Let's grant for argument that he had a right to shoot the unarmed Frank. Even if he did that, though, he'd have an obligation to the public to take some consideration for what was behind him if he missed, or whether he was firing something that could go through Frank and hit someone behind him. It’s going to relevant in the sense that he came out of a locked house to fire his dumb warning shot.
