If there is one thing I have learned from Rackets, its that he definitely cares more about superchats and liquor than he does being right about anything.

Boogers knew he was getting charged. He left state so he can surrender on his own, guaranteed advice from his lawyer. It looks better to turn yourself in and surrender rather than a cop coming to his house and taking him out in cuffs.

He goes to his lawyer on wednesday morning, surrenders at like 6am. earlier the better. Gets processed, sees the judge and will be free to go once he pays the bond.

He's not getting put in jail, or will even do jail time.

a fine and probations, maybe. But it sure is funny.

Yeah, I don't see him doing any real time behind bars aside from processing.

But, this is going to be a significant financial hit between the fines and the lawyer.

I'm also wondering if this opens the possibility of civil suits. It would be a great opportunity for a neighbor that despises the eldritch horror living across the street which stares at their preteen daughter in a lascivious way to start a six figure civil suit. Basically, with the intention of getting him out of the neighborhood.

He's going have to plead guilty to a charge. It's almost a slam dunk for a neighbor to say that you put our lives in danger - PAY ME.
