Boogie on one of the Painkiller already podcasts acted like he was so close to being a millionaire and that the divorce basically made that impossible. 40k is obviously nothing to laugh at but man I got the feeling it was at least 100k-250k based on him getting to keep the house

The prosecutor could make the case. But I'm not sure a jury would buy it. The truth of this is Frank deliberately went cross country to bait and harrass a fat fucking moron. And the fat fucking moron took the bait. A jury of normies isn't gonna like any of these assholes. But still the basic question will be if some sped you are having an internet slap fight with shows up at your front door, what's the normie response to such an event in Alabama? They might convict Boogie simply for being a pussy, wasting ammo, and not emptying the clip into Frank. And then question why the Shdriff didnt simply shoot both these fucks? I mean they are fat white neckbearded males. Ain't nobody gonna complain.
 
Boogie needs to stop talking. I know he desperately wants the views and attention but if he was serious about Frank’s harassment he’d at least make attempts to file a restraining order well before he blubbered out of his house with a gun after being recorded repeatedly saying he wants to use “castle doctrine” as an excuse to kill Frank, and then shot at a school.

Boogie probably confident there’s no rope strong enough to hang him with.

That's what has always put me off about Boogie. It's actually really bizarre, he does this shit where he'll talk about all the wholesome and moral reasons he's doing what he's doing at any given time, but the way he does it is so cold and robotic that it doesn't seem like he's even trying to get anyone to buy it.

If he just came out and said "I should've shot him because a man shouldn't be expected to tolerate someone deliberately illegally violating his property" he would've probably won a ton of support, and I personally would've completely agreed with him; when dealing with private property I believe as soon as someone enters despite explicit warning not and in the absence of any legal purpose then the owner is justified in defending said property at their discretion. In fact shooting someone in the midst of a criminal act against you would probably be much more legally justifiable than recklessly firing off into the air thus endangering the lives and property of people totally uninvolved.

But instead he chooses to act like a faggot and gain the support of absolutely nobody, alienating the lefties by saying he should've shot someone, and the righties by saying he should've done so for bleeding heart reasons. Why? Who's he trying to appeal to? He sounds like he's trying to be Mr. Rogers, but he just sounds like (or just is) an extremely low IQ psychopath.


As for his fatness, I wouldn't be surprised if that was taken into account in sentencing. I don't know how internment of the morbidly obese works but facilities are required to accommodate the health and basic needs of prisoners, and having a 450 pound heart attack in waiting who can't fit on a normal bunk or make it down a 30 foot corridor without taking a break would probably be enough of a headache that they wouldn't deal with it unless it was a really serious crime.

J.K. Simmons may be more commonly known (and memed) for his role in Spiderman and by the game nerds as the voice of Cave Johnson in Portal 2, but Vernon Schillinger was by far his greatest acting work. That character was such a vicious and evil villain and so over-the-top that I can't imagine any other actor who could pull it off without making him seem comical. Dude just played him perfectly.

Attention whoring is all Boogie has and he ever has had. From Francis all the way till know he's been the same low IQ psychopath you describe. Lying is his default operating procedure, and while that might work on the few gullible fans he has left that can't see through his act, it won't hold up in court, especially if the prosecution is semi-competent. He's dug his own grave with his own words because he can't live without attention, and without attention he's just some fat retard wasting away in his room waiting to die from a heart attack.
 
As someone who follows Boogie only casually, I have to admit this is surprising. I just thought he'd just wind up getting his feet chopped off or something.
