Bye bye boogie have fun in court.

If someone says they're going to kill me and shows up at my house I am going to shoot them and it will be self-defense. The same is true for absolutely any two people. I don't care about your idiotic banter shit.
That’s fair. If Frank was the one making death threats, Boogie would have a case for self-defense if he shot him. But if Boogie was the one making death threats, shouldn’t Frank have been the one fearing for his life? And according to your rationale:
"Come over to my house so I can kill you" is not an invitation and you're a retarded fag if you interpret it like that. He definitely should not have said the words "come over to my house" because retarded fags would interpret that as an invitation, but if I were on the jury I'd acquit him for having killed Frank based on what I know right now. It was not "come over to my house so we can talk this out", it was "come over to my house so I can do the world a favor and have the state cremate your unclaimed remains, retard".
...he should’ve made good on the threats by shooting Hassle, as if this would’ve given him a better legal leg to stand on due to Hassle’s negligence in coming to Boogie’s house, rather than made the situation 1000x worse and “Well, I said I was gonna do it, and he didn’t believe me, dumbass shoulda believed me” is an acceptable defense for premeditated murder.

He should’ve simply asked Hassle to leave and avoided all of this like you and your mom did with the tranny. Why that wouldn’t be anyone’s first choice in the matter confuses me.

Verbal threats do not equal imminent danger.
Verbal threats + Coming to someones house + Not leaving your property when required = Yes, it equals imminent danger.

Boogie was in his right to defend himself. The problems with Boogie are that:
1) His retarded warning shoot for the sky was really stupid.
2) This statement does not help: "Come over to my house so I can kill you"".
3) He can not stay with his mouth shut on twitter. His lies and super deranged posts always makes he look like a insane sociopath even when he is on his rights to defend himself. Boogie always destroys his own optics.

That being said. I don't fell empathy for Frank or Boggie. Fuck them both.

He should be. He was at the absolute bare minimum trespassing and harassing Boogie.
Neither trespassing and harassment are felonies, mind. There was nothing criminal in his actions. [Edit: I appear to be incorrect; see @AnOminous's reply]

The worst thing that could have happened to him has already passed; inadvertently catching a bullet for being an IRL troll.

Why stop now? You've had no problems making yourself look bad on twitter regarding this event before.

Does Boogie's adipose riddled brain think the cops don't know how to scroll down on twitter?
His lawyer's probably checking his power level and making him shut up because his Twitter activity is why he can't just claim self defense in the first place

Boogie was in his right to defend himself. The problems with Boogie are that:
Defend himself from what? Arkansas limits the use of deadly force to
(a) A person is justified in using deadly physical force upon another person if the person reasonably believes that the other person is:

(1) Committing or about to commit a felony involving force or violence;

(2) Using or about to use unlawful deadly physical force; or
And a third that only applies to domestic violence.

Neither trespassing nor harassment are a felony involving force or violence, nor was there any reason to believe Hassle was about to use unlawful deadly physical force. Unless Hassle was trying to beat the door down or was armed, there was no justified use of deadly force.
His lawyer's probably checking his power level and making him shut up because his Twitter activity is why he can't just claim self defense in the first place
If he had just shut the fuck up he could have claimed some psycho came to his house and was threatening to kill him. Of course the dumb bastard would probably have streamed shit proving he was lying.

As it is, he went out of his way to make sure video of everything leading up to it was publicly available, as well as video of the event itself, which shows he was in no reasonable fear, he was just pissed off.

He is the only person bringing up suicide, still playing the victim as always.

Then the positivity flows in:

He will not log off the internet now, it is the first time he is getting lots of attention in a long while.

I might have missed it being said but this is just his arrest and presumable bail. It could be a while before he winds up in court. i know people that had to wait over a year after posting bail to get into a courtroom.
