He repeatedly publicly admitted he knew the guy wasn't a threat. When Frank showed up, he didn't even respond immediately, moseying around for a few minutes first. And then, again obviously not being afraid of Frank in the least, instead of just shooting, he stood there talking shit for another minute or so, then fired his gun in the direction of a church and a school, deliberately missing.I dunno. With enough $ and time I’d honestly think it’s would come down to reputation and how his lawyer could/would spin it. I’d say honestly ine could’ve painted boogie’s words as “bravado, words of a man obese to the point of almost being housebound and terrified” quite well. It’s up in the air whether a jury would’ve bought it but I legitimately think Arkansas would’ve bought that much better than a warning shot.
He's not going to prison. You can look at the grid yourself. Aggravated assault is a class D felony and a level 3 offense, and I don't think Boogie has even 2 points of criminal history.anyway i dont think a judge will send booger to prison over this, considering that it's a victimless crime and booger has no prior criminal history.
What if Boogie uses his sock accounts to try and show how much of a "good guy of the internet" he is? might be the reason they have been popping up.
The only heroes of this e-celeb fight between Boogie and Frank is the audience/ people who are enjoying this slap fight.Look, negrate me all you want, but I still feel like Frank Hassle is equally culpable in all of this.
Hassle is a faggot either way. Both of them are. There are no heroes.
I see the problem is that just like every other "professional" friend in his life like the FBI agent. I'm guessing the lawyer was Boogie. This was from just a couple of weeks ago. Boogie saying he talked with his lawyer, that everything is fine, and that it's likely Frank Hassle who is fucked.
My good friend the lawyer.mp4
He only needs $500 but he'll probably put up the whole thing. If he actually shows up voluntarily, they might even just book him at the station and let him go.Boogie will spend a few hours in jail max. I know the meme is that he's broke, but he definitely has 5k to bail himself out.

Absolutely nothing indicated he was in the least afraid of Frank, and absolutely everything he did said he wasn't in the least. You need to have an immediate fear of a violent felony or that deadly force is about to be used on you to use deadly force. Nothing Boogie did indicated any fear whatsoever. He was pissed off and annoyed. That's not self-defense.

CCC is basically a county lockup. AS is probably some kind of probation with anger management, or a suspended sentence, or in any case not incarceration. He probably gets that, and that's even if he's convicted of full aggravated assault. More likely they plead it down to something even weaker.
I have this vision of Boogie walking into a jail cell crying, then walking out after a few hours covered in tattoos with a skin head.Boogie will spend a few hours in jail max. I know the meme is that he's broke, but he definitely has 5k to bail himself out.
The interesting part will be how he spins his time in jail. Usually when something like this happens to him, it's the most dramatic thing ever.
He called it with his prediction of Boogie being charged with "aggravated assault", particularly with his two points of a) Boogie discharging a gun as a "warning shot" in a residential area with a school nearby and b) Boogie could not reasonably believe Frank was going to commit a felony with force or violence; trespassing and harassment are not felonies. Also how castle doctrine won't be of much help for Boogie, particularly as Boogie could be the original aggressor for opening his front door with a gun. There is an excellent video on just this and how boogie fucked up. Back from when it initially happened. The guy is a lawyer too and echoes many of the same points you do.

A kinder, gentler county lockup. And that's the worst he's looking at.Community Corrections Centers are a State Government ran alternative to minimum security prisons. Look at this link: https://doc.arkansas.gov/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/2014_CCC_Recidivism_Study_FINAL_012419.pdf
