The chances of boogie being shanked AND KILLED in prison are extremely low. Most shanks come in at under 2 inches in length and that is by no means enough to penetrated the thick layer of blubber

I dunno. With enough $ and time I’d honestly think it’s would come down to reputation and how his lawyer could/would spin it. I’d say honestly ine could’ve painted boogie’s words as “bravado, words of a man obese to the point of almost being housebound and terrified” quite well. It’s up in the air whether a jury would’ve bought it but I legitimately think Arkansas would’ve bought that much better than a warning shot.

I am hoping Boogie gets community service. Him just picking up trash on the road or any manual labor would be more taxing on him than being in a cell.

I doubt that Boogie will end up in the rape house, let alone face any harsh punishment in general, should the case go anywhere. At most, they'll slap him with a fine and community service—which would be good for him considering how morbidly obese the guy is.
 
I still wish boogie had shot frank as it would've been funny seeing frank and boogie in court arguing if an e-threat was legitimate or not. Or seeing boogie kill frank would've been equally as funny. All outcomes other than just calling the cops would've led to boogie going to jail anyways so why not go all out.

If I got the exact timeline about the tranny visit wrong that's my bad, I thought you had some very limited exchange with them on the internet shortly before they showed.

I'm also generally in favor of more people being shot for being shit heals, but in this specific case I don't believe for a second that Boogie had a reasonable fear that Frank was going to do anything but knock on his door and say retarded shit for a few minutes. I don't even think boogie was subjectively afraid of him, regardless of it it was reasonable to be or not.

I think you have to look at the full context of both the streams that they were on and all the twitter exchanges they were involved in, the jury will probably see most/all of it. Prior to acting like an unhinged maniac and saying he was going to kill him he also told Frank he wanted to be his friend, that he knew Frank was just a troll, and all kinds of other shit. Boogie gave the prosecutor a lot to work with to paint the situation as boogie purposely engaging in an internet fued for clicks/attention - not somebody who was afraid of the weird guy at his door.

I agree that Frank is a shit victim to prosecute on behalf of. They're both retards and in my opinion it was basically mutual combat, if boogie was really afraid he would have not opened the door - or just cracked it open and shot Frank right off. Honestly my opinion would probably be different if either of those things happened. I mostly just think boogie should face some kind of charges for intentionally shooting into the air. That shit is unacceptable.

I'm not aware of anywhere in the US where 'warning shots' are tolerated. I don't think there's much actual legal framework of a defense his attorney is going to have to defend him with, so I'm imagining they're going to make whatever jury tries this feel sympathy for Booger.

He's an overweight, divorced man with depression and suicidal tendencies. Having a strange man come to his door to threaten him was just too much for him to bear. Did you know he helps out people on Twitter with their mental health issues? He's a saint! If you find him guilty, he's probably going to kill himself and it is your fault.

At this point I'm just hoping that Kiwi Farms is brought up during the trial as a den of evil that has been impacting Booger's life for years.

of course no prison killer is gonna stick a shank in his lardgolem belly, thats pointless. he'd go for the throat instead, and would have booger bleed to death in half a minute.

anyway i dont think a judge will send booger to prison over this, considering that it's a victimless crime and booger has no prior criminal history.
