I’m just imagining the DA or whoever is overseeing this case going through the ridiculous lineage of this storyline. Starting with the Killstream to Kiwifarms. They must be having a field day with this.
 
I hope he gets a prison sentence but then again that seems like cruel and unusual punishment for the guards who strip search him and look under the numerous fat folds.

Don't know what part of Europe you're in but where I am a lot of people openly support beating, knee capping or killing those responsible for serious/heinous crime.
Apart from "Don't drop the soap" jokes, prison rape is very rarely mentioned unlike across the water.

The defense could definitely say "muh harassment" because Hassel showed up to his house, but then you have Boogie's threats, brandishing a gun, and then firing a "warning shot" at a man who is obviously unarmed and who he had previously stated he knew was harmless.

It's exciting.

What about how Britbong tax money goes into giving two murderers repeated new identities because the state is afraid of the citizens killing them in vigilante justice like they wanted to do when they were 10?

Uh, no. I had no idea who they were and I had no reason to be afraid of them, in part because Florida is a good state to live in if you enjoy constitutional rights. I was taking a shit and by the time I got up to see who was at the door, they were already gone. I was armed, but what I probably would have done if I had answered the door is just tell them to leave and then close the door. I think that's the normal reaction.

Boogie's word choice was retarded, but you're ignoring the full statement. "Come over to my house so I can kill you" is not an invitation and you're a retarded fag if you interpret it like that. He definitely should not have said the words "come over to my house" because retarded fags would interpret that as an invitation, but if I were on the jury I'd acquit him for having killed Frank based on what I know right now. It was not "come over to my house so we can talk this out", it was "come over to my house so I can do the world a favor and have the state cremate your unclaimed remains, retard". There's no deception here.

Basically, Boogie should never have said any extrapolation of the words "come over" and he should have closed the door. If Frank said "I'm going to fuck you" and then banged on a closed door, I'd have personally shot him.

Boogies past history of threatening suicide also show that he is unstable and a danger to himself. Then the fact he pointed a weapon at someone and then fired shots shows that hes also a danger to the community. Plus all the evidence of him losing his mind over 1 person just kind of fucking with him to the point hes threatening to kill that person.

I could see some court mandated therapy or being sentenced to time in a mental health facility.

There is no rationale for a warning shot. We went over this like 6 different times when this actually went down. You don’t know where the bullet could have landed. I think we eventually worked out that it would have been near a goddamn school.

The warrant was posted by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, not his local city of Fayetteville. I think he'll be going to county jail where he'll be processed, depending on what time he turns himself in he may or may not be booked for a night. County jails are notoriously slow and hire the most retarded people you've ever met. It took 14 hours to bond my buddy out for a DUI, but it's also possible he could be out in 4-6~. Chad or whoever will hit up a local bondsmen who will then take a 10% cut of Boogie's $5,000 bond to post his bail.

Boogie's lack of criminal history will certainly act in his favor, but the fact that it's a Class D state felony will not. Neither will the fact that the encounter was recorded, Boogie could have just locked the door/called the cops, and that Boogie's also recorded saying he'll take pleasure in killing Frank. I imagine the DA's office has been busy and this case wasn't a priority which is why it took so long for the warrant to be issued, but Boogie is addicted to the internet so they have entire archives worth of self incrimination to work with. Good going, Boogs.

They also have information on the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA), which Boogie may want to brush up on as it's likely other inmates as well as correctional officers will be raping him. As is tradition.

Nah. If anything that would add to Boogie's charges. Afaik he took the gun from his roommate's safe. The roommate did not give him the gun (and probably would not be retarded enough to give it to him if he took half a look at the situation.) If anything it *might* make Boog's sentencing slightly harder.
