Honestly, it shows their existence is a farce, because anything that is not validation shatters their sense of identity, which usually only happens when your identity is something you're not. Like that one article written that was "Am I still queer if no one is watching?" basically proves my point. It's all make believe that devolves into distorting their reality, and at their core, they know it's pure fantasy and magical thinking, but if they can get people to tell them, "I believe you and yes, you are a real woman/man" then they can continue to live in their fantasy. This explains why reminders of their sex sends them spiraling into a panic, depressed mindset. Because that means their fantasy is not real, will never be real, and without others playing into it, they are forced to confront reality and realize the fantasy was make believe all along.

Just realized how weird packing is. My man package isn't large, but it's not some micro deformity (or really even small) either, but I'm generally don't feel like I'm packing anything unless I'm wearing weird sports clothes I don't normally wear. If the Washington state government counts as anything close to a deep state or what someone else called "the government." They've got some wokies over there, and it'd take just one call from one person to end up with the ACLU finding out. ACLU is going to win this one too. Radfems need to do better undercover work. Something tells me this woman's request and her interaction with the state may not have been subtle, especially if WOLF got involved so quickly. Somebody needs to just selectively fund tranny studies that will obviously backfire. "God, let's prove how sweet transgender inmates all are! Let's collect all the info we possibly can on them, make a loud announcement about it, and prove those terfs wrong!"

Seriously: people mention hand, feet and shoulder sizes a lot for clocking trannies but those are nowhere near as foolproof as sheer head size. Even the tallest, most masculine women tend to have small, delicate looking skulls, while men have comparatively huge ones. There are exceptions, but it's way more rare than having other body parts unusually proportioned.
This is not supposed to be undercover work, and it's not supposed to be subtle. It was a simple request for documentation from the government. That's how FOIA requests work on the federal level, and how the Washington Public Records Act works in Washington State. As the cited article states, "The Washington Public Records Act guarantees that citizens have the right to access public records, and requires the government to respond to requests within five days. Only personal student or patient information, employee files, and some investigative records are exempt." Nobody is supposed to sneak around. Nobody is supposed to do undercover work. The public has a right to know how many trannies are being put in women's prisons. And the ACLU is suing to prevent the public from knowing that. Again, no subtlety involved.

Like I said, I have a feeling the communication(s) during the information request revealed this woman's intentions. And when you're dealing with the government that is already letting troons into the women's prisons on the basis of human rights, you're already either choosing your words carefully or signing your own red tape requisition. Maybe it was as impersonal and bland as can be and completely electronic and flagged by state troon lovers on keyword, but otherwise, for someone to notice it and contact the WA ACLU so quickly, she probably accidentally called them "men who identify as females who are actually men, man, male, man" too many times in her request. Or there was already a social media trail somewhere that trannies were blatantly stalking "Brave Wolf member going to find out about the trannies in prison! Support women!" Or she just has "radical feminist" plastered all over her Facebook, and when they asked the person in charge of counting troons to give the troon count, it took 5 minutes to discover the request was "in bad faith." (Pfffft.) But maybe not, maybe the troons are in the government and watching FOIA requests like hawks, or it's pure random chance it got noticed.
