Yeah, whenever I read these kinds of articles and they way they and others portray these bills, I constantly feel like I'm being gaslit. As in, "this is bad for children" even though it's good for children, and "this is against human rights" when it's pro-human rights if anything, as well as "there's no difference between male and female sports competitors", when there blatantly is and always has been.

I met a patient with PAIS once, very strange. They were the size of a man but looked and sounded like a woman. Large hands and feet very little facial or body hair.

It's funny they always think people are out to "erase their existence" because that's unironically what they want to do to their enemies. They hate being reminded that people exist who don't care about them at all, and they'll do everything to get those people "erased" from Amazon.
 
I don't know much about suing when it comes to FOIA requests. What would happen if someone else made the same request? Would ACLU somehow find out and sue them as well? Or is this information now something that can't be given to anyone until something is settled in court? If so, then what if someone made the same request, but at a different prison? I read the article, but it isn't clear.

I was a teen in the 90s. I only knew of one young woman-- African American-- who was on puberty blockers at one point. She said they gave her stress fractures in her teens. Knew a ton of girls who were on the birth control pill-- many for menstrual problems.
Perhaps it was prescribed for some children in the black community if there is any truth to her claim, because I've heard that precocious puberty is more common in that population, but who knows.

in the early 00s too it was common for girls i knew to take bc, whether they were fucking or not, to help with their period and acne and stuff

never heard of anyone male or female getting puberty blockers, tho i didn't know a lot of black women at that time
