Watch this faggots expressions between the two lines of questioning and how he conducts himself. Anytime Nelson questions him he answers in noncomittal phrasing, has hearing issues, kinda grimaces and shifts in his seat.

Prosecution Nig questions him? Clear yes/no answers, no problems hearing, smile in the corner of his mouth.

Yeah, seems like an impartial expert witness to me.

So, fellow nu-tradfag christcuck racists, how are we coping over the first day when the defense clearly got its shit handed to it?
I'm personally going for the "a fucking police officer didn't have to know all this shit and was still taught that restraint technique" route but the dude still left a pretty big dent in the fent overdose theory.

So because this dude sits on an uncomfortable seat in church, it means we don't need to expect bruising on someone's throat if they are choked.

What the fuck am I listening to?
He literally said in his direct that the knee was driving into floyd, so it wasn't a static force. Insane.

Either way, this feels like the first decent day for prosecution and the weakest showing so far from Nelson. There really didn't seem to be a lot of room for cross exam without directly attacking the witness (a bad move), and Nelson stumbling through questioning looked kind of weak to me. But none of those things seems all that important in the grand scheme of things though unless the trial continues in this direction. Like others in the thread have been saying, prosecution should have led with this guy just to psyche Nelson out and make him seem less competent to everyone. Now feels like too little too late, because jurors have already seen how incompetent the state is and may be more skeptical to their claims/witnesses. Watching Reddit get smug after 8 full days of salt is gonna make the next retard the state calls so worth it.

I think the judge will start taking extra breaks now that a doctor has stated, on the record, that smoking isn't that bad for you.

This is the same dude that said meth, fentanyl, smoking, and covid have no affect on your lungs.
There's a nurse on the jury who hopefully wasn't asleep.

He was markedly better at not getting btfo by the defense, but he was clearly still all over the place and not 100% credible. Anyone making those BS claims about corona or smoking is not going to look good when that's mentioned in court or the jury room again.

1/10 bait. Try harder, less cringe

Not really worried. Just wait until the defense witnesses.

He didn't say that. He said that a person with a fent overdose would show different symptoms before dying. Like it or not, unless that guy is just outright lying under oath, that gotta count.

Maybe I missed it, but I don't understand why Nelson didn't push the fact the Mickey wasn't there in the first place and has never even touched Floyd's body.
I think Nelson tried something like that and prosecution objected to scope or foundation or something. That's why Nelson was having to ask stuff about the drugs for example in hypotheticals.

Did he really say smothering with a pillow leaves no bruising? One of most noticeable thing after smothering with a pillow is bruising on the upper gums which are also swollen from pressure exerted.
