I think he’s getting away with not saying just “yes or no”. Idk the rules on this but I feel like other witnesses have been called on this

“It will impede the ability for the lungs to expand.”
I think yes would have sufficed lol. Do they have to say yes or no?

yeah he knows how to work it, consciously or not. his kinda geeky demeanor, friendly appearance, min-ah-sew-dah accent and nonchalant attitude make him very disarming, which is (obviously) a good way to catch people off guard, but maybe more importantly a nice way to convey information to the jury in a way that can make them think it's more organic or their own idea

I've known good and bad people with a similar manner, it's a surprisingly effective way to hold yourself for charming people
 
Lmao the most convincing witness the prosecution has admits half his patients die. If you ever find out this guy is your doctor you'd best buy your tombstone right then so you can decide what gets carved on it. Or ask for Dr. Kevorkian instead so you have a better chance of living.

What the actual fuck? This is not even a discussion topic. If you give a hundred people a handful of Fentanyl pills, you will have a hundred dead bodies and they all will have died because their breathing stopped. This is not scientifically debatable.
