>Nelson coughing and clearing throat

Someone let me know when the reddit cucks start speculating that Nelson has Covid and wish death upon him.

LMAO "smoking only affects 10% of people" jesus fucking hell.
Maybe he got his medical degree in 1930

Getting him to say shit like smoking only damages the lungs of a small proportion of the population ect is a great move. Instant credibility loss in the eyes of the jury.

Did the doctor just imply that asphyxia and strangulation won’t leave physical evidence on the body?
What's a hyoid bone? What's bruising? You can strangle someone to death and leave absolutely no evidence behind. Star witness. Such medical truth.

Maybe I missed it, but I don't understand why Nelson didn't push the fact the Mickey wasn't there in the first place and has never even touched Floyd's body.

He should have asked him about Floyd screaming he couldn't breath while standing up and not even in the car.

>Smoking only affects the lungs of less than 10% of smokers
>Covid doesn't affect the lungs
No wonder this potato nigger loses 40% of his patients.

🧑‍💼"So will a lifetime of drug use, 90% occlusion of the arteries, COVID, and active drug use have any possible influence on a death involving the heart or lungs failing?"
☘️ "Of course not! I'll say anything, just give me back me Lucky Charms!"

Exactly. You don’t have to call him out for it to be effective. Once the jury realizes he won’t answer basic simple questions for the defense, they’ll assume bias.

I dunno. I suspect the jurors have already made up their minds, and this whole trial is just a formality.

I'm pretty in the tank for acquital, but being honest, this was the first witness that actually may have been good for the prosecution. The guy seems like a pay for play shithead who is tailoring the facts to suit the needs of the prosecution, but I think to most people or jurors what he said could stick.
