The Ultimate Dream Team I'd run:

Serperior- High King of the Smug
Skarmory- IT'S A BIRD MADE OF SWORDS!
Stoutland- The Best Boi With the Best Mustache
Magnezone- AKA the Only DP Pokemon That Matters
Alakazam- Mega pick With All The Beard AND All The Spoons
Gyarados- Big Snek, No Slouch in the 'Stache Department

EDIT: Honestly, not a bad aggro team. Skarmory as a lead,Contrary Serperior Special Sweeper, Gyarados can smash Special Walls, Magnezone traps Steel Types and checks Fairies, Alakazam as a revenge killer, AND STOUTLAND'S MUSTACHE IS UBER TIER DON'T CARE WHAT ANYONE SAYS HE BEST BOI DOGGO!

Steel monotype is a personal favorite of mine. Unfortunately it doesn't have much leeway for team slot.

Heatran - I hate this thing, but flash fire is pretty much essential.
Skarmory and Celesteela - Dodge earthquake. I haven't play gen 8 so unfortunately no opinion on Corviknight.
Mawile - Intimidate and Fairy Steel is the best defensive typing so there's that. Decent mega to punch holes into teams before it inevitably got killed due to sucker punch being a shit priority move.
Necrozma DM - A very strong pokemon all around. This one is a little cheating since it's no longer steel type after it go ultra, but what gives. I like Lilie as a character so "Nebby" always got a spot on my team.
Aegislash - Personal favorite.

Corviknight is just a better Skarmory really. It gets a much better ability with Mirror Armor and has better general bulk. It loses a decent chunk of P. Def but gains a large amount of HP and Sp. Def in return. The only thing Skarmory still does better is chip stalling/phasing because Corv doesn't get Spikes.

My dream team is based off personal favorites instead of competitive value. I have too many favorites so it was hard to come up with a perfect dream team.

For a non legendary team I’d replace Articuno with Haxorus or Gavantula.

I just love it because it's an eight-foot-tall centipede that weighs over 400lbs, and is still somehow lightning fast. If they ever bring back ridable Pokemon, I really hope Scolipede's one.

Fuck Charizard, Pidgeot, Lapras, and all those guys. I'm riding a horse-sized arthropod that only gets faster the more it moves.

How do you ride a Scolipede? It moves as fast as it does, because it curls up and rolls around like a wheel.
