Does Pokemon make you happy? If so, what about it makes you happy? If not, what about it makes you unhappy?

Pokemon still makes me happy. Pokemon GO is still pretty fun(with a spoofer client), PokeMMO and other user-created Pokemon games are fun, and my favorite Pokemon Zangoose, Drapion, and Toxtricity are very cool dudes. Older games from the Gen 4 to Gen 5 era are still great games and are worth revisiting too. Its all a very large chunk of my early childhood, and I still loce the franchise, even if I don't like the direction its taking.

Thd fuck does pedos have to do with early game!? It’s a game made for children! Why the hell are you this autistic about it!? Your almost as bad as the sonic fans!

Jesus they joined yesterday and already have 100 posts? I wouldn't be surprised if this was a sock account of one of those banned crazies with nothing to do but post here.

No my pokerinos! Don't tell me how bad they are and I'm a man child! Just get hyped for the next game and pretend the series hasn't been a declining train wreck for decades! Pokemon go saved the series from collapsing.

I don't know what the fuck you care about from this game. You don't like the collectathon, you don't like the story, you don't like the competitive battling and your issues with it are worse in the main game so... what the fuck are you looking for? What makes a good Pokemon game for you?

Gen 1-3 and the gamecube adventures are all good games. I said collecting eggs isn't content, which is different from collecting pokemon which is content. Having to find, weaken and capture a pokemon is different to riding a bike back and forth hoping a blue fish appears. Exploring areas like Mt. Moon is fun and seeing what new pokemon appear as you go deeper and manage your potions is a good time. Especially if you're not some sperg who reads all the spoilers and goes into a generation blind instead of using serebii to cherry pick your pokemon before you play the game.

Nevermind that a) collecting eggs is how you get some Pokemon and b) having to find, weaken and capture Pokemon often has you running back and forth in order to get the ones you want.
Yeah, weren't eggs introduced in Gen 2? And shinies, for that matter? Plenty of people go their whole gaming lives without shiny-grinding once.

Content is not gameplay. Putting 2 pokemon in day care and riding your bike back and forth might be content but it sure isn't gameplay.
You literally called it content SPECIFICALLY like three pages ago, you goldfish.

I don't know how this has to do with you posting over 100 messages within 2 days but hey, we now can add illiterate to the list of things you are.

Given that we're in a bit of a post announcement lull I though maybe we could do something fun. If you were to make your personal favorite Pokémon team, what 6 would you pick? This can be based on any criteria you like, everything from their design to their competitive viability. Doesn't matter if they are all legendaries or all baby Pokémon. I'm just curious what kind of diversity we'll get in answers.

My 6 would be:
Torterra

Blaziken

Heracross

Gardevoir (Barely beats out Gallade)

Lame.

My dream team would consist of:

Blaziken (He's a personal ace of mine)

Jumpluff (one of my favorite Grass types next to victreebel, Cradily and Ferrothorn)

Beedrill (favorite bug type)

Banette (favorite ghost type)

Luxray (favorite Electric type and is a total beast with guts)

Slowking (my favorite psychic and water type)

Hydreigon

Jolteon

Braviary

Milotic

Scolipede

Arcanine/Ninetales (can't decide which)

I really wish Pokemon let you have bigger teams.

Mine would be Weavile,

Volcarona,

Aggron,

Reuniclus,

Naganadel,

and either Leafeon or Shaymin

There's quite a few pokemon I could swap in here.

I honestly don't know given my team changes practically every game/play-through, but I absolutely need to have an Azumarill on my team. Close second for a must-have may be a Bellossom or Vileplume, and Altaria. The other three can be whatever I want.

I like the choices, and they stand out from the others, but somehow this makes you sound like someone who always has to have an umbrella in your mocktail. It's a very fruity mix.

I don't get it.

Ah, don't do this to me, I have too many favorites...

Serperior (first starter i ever took with me to hall of fame. cynthia was too much for my brainlet younger self but i did actually beat pkmn black)
Archeops (looks cool, is a dinosaur)
Dracozolt (it looks so fucking stupid i need to have this affront to god)
Flygon (one of my favorite designs, dragonflies are one of my favorite bugs and it takes it literally without an awful type)
Hydreigon (obligatory pseudo-legend)
Tyrantrum (it's a t rex, very cool)

tried to keep a lizard-y theme, runners-up outside of that are scizor, scolipede, and either golisopod or galvantula. bugs are neat but their type is absolute ass, unfortunately. :(

First three are very solid. The other could be substituted for about 10 others. I also like Charizard, but I'm tired of looking at it so I left it off.
