He had 35k before the Tampa trip, which made him no money. We saw that figure in the leaks where he was threatening suicide. I would guess he will lose 5-10k fighting this single charge alone.

Then if he is found guilty, which there is a good chance he will be, there is nothing stopping Faith from filing a civil suit to strip away the rest of his nestegg.

None of this accounts for his upcoming childsupport suit that will be held in California. I doubt he will appear for this so the Vickers could pad what they think he makes, but lowballing is roughly $500 a month if he's lucky. IANAL, but I can speak from personal experience that Faith's history and unreliability has no factor in this revenge porn. It's a black/white case, and it appears simple that Ethan released the gross video.

I wouldn't expect Ethan faces any jail time from this, however. Similar cases I've seen have led to a small fine or mandatory counseling, slap on the wrist shit. This may be different since Ethan has legal trouble history and Faith is a clearly vulnerable young girl with major mental problems to begin with, but I still doubt it.
