This morning is his arraignment. Isn't that when they would throw him back in jail for the probation violation? I don't understand this shit anymore. The fact that he's been arrested makes him in violation. So what the fuck happens? Is it possible they could throw him back in jail straight away?
 
if its a misdemeanor/general traffic court there should be a shitload of people there, and he's just going to be one of a couple dozen waiting to be heard. so in case someone wants to record it, they won't know most likely. also he probably isn't going to have his case heard exactly at 9:05 but somewhere during that hour.

having said that, for them to arriagn him so quickly it must be pretty bad. if i were him i'd get a lawyer just to move the court date

I think everyone is getting ahead of themselves here. The court is not going to seize his phone or PC, to search his hard drive. Not for a simple misdemeanor charge. If for some reason they thought they could find something to stick a much harsher crime on him, maybe. As it is I don't think anything of that nature has even been alleged. It costs a shit ton to clone and have a forensics team dig through all that data, it's just not going to happen on something like this.

On the brightside, this is only the criminal charge, once he either pleads or is found guilty, Faith will more than likely file civil charges and take whatever money he didnt spend on attorneys. There is also a chance this will violate his probation and that could get sticky. I just hate seeing everyone get their hopes dashed because they had such high expectations.

Digibro is much better friends with Dax than Ralph is, and Digi is the reason Ralph wasn't invited to Dick's aftershow party at Road Rage. Then Ralph literally pulled a, "Haha I spent all weekend fucking your girlfriend" on Digi.

This is literally all she wanted from the relationship, for a number of hormonal and psychological reasons, as soon as we learned about Faith, a lot of us guessed a pregnancy would be inevitable.

For her, the pregnancy is the one good thing that came out of this, not a cost.
