Agree, he is going to try and fight this to look good, but I think someone will see this case as a potential promotion if they win.

None of which says "getting arrested violates your probation/parole". That's the overarching point here.

Just because we have the evidence does not mean the court does. Presently all the court has is Faith's sworn statement of what Ralph did, and Ralph's declaration in court this morning which is probably a plea of not guilty. No other evidence has been presented to the court yet. They still have to have a pretrial conference and evidentiary hearing before the trial even begins, if it gets that far. Jumping the gun will only lead to disappointment. Just laugh and enjoy the ride.

If he is convicted, he’s not solely facing the misdemeanor but the probation violation, although I don’t know the terms. If it was a suspended sentence, the entirety of the unserved sentence could be in play.

edit to add and remove extraneous: Parole can be - at discretion of the Parole Board - violated by an arrest. Probation is a different matter, and much less stringent.

I am certain that his lack of a night in the holding cell has him preening and feeling confident in his professed innocence. Far be it for Ralph to recognize that jails take COVID seriously...all the more delicious when he sees reality (barest of minimums, a few grand for an attorney and wasted time back and forth to court).

"5-minute hearing" sounds about right for an arraignment, though, which is mostly sitting and waiting. The really interesting question is how soon we'll get a real hearing, so hopefully the record site updates soon.

Best part here is that as always we can gauge just how mewling and pathetic he was in court by how much he huffs and puffs on the internet afterwards.
 
Let's just take a moment to remember that from the start, ralph was using faith as a prop to own the a-lawgs . If ralph was a normal person, none of us would even know who faith was. But, being a thin skinned and insecure manchild, he put his entire shitshow of a personal life on display for the few people that cared to watch.

Pretty much all the bad things happening to ralph right now are a direct result of him engaging with his thread.
  • he first posted pics of faith to prove to us that he was banging a "hot" 18 year old (and doubled down after we immediately noticed she's gross)
  • the sex tape itself was leaked as a result of halfwaycuck interacting with ralph's thread, kiwis egging him on to stream all his evidence, and ralph's inability to control his terrible decision making when he's drunk.
  • matt vickers emerges and starts interacting with ralph's thread, sending ralph into a complete rage.
  • ralph impregnates faith to own mr vickers

Even if you somehow manage to get away with publishing revenge porn, your life is going to be a living hell for the foreseeable future because of your addiction to edrama. Yep, Ethan is in Richmonds general court, so it should be relatively easy for me to get a transcript or something. Nothing will be filed today though so I may try on Friday or next week. If they follow standard procedure his trial will be in 2 or 3 months and its gonna be a bog standard magistrate bench hearing unless Ralph tries to gum up the works request jury trial for a misdemeanor. Will hopefully be able to get all the details. General court is alot easier to deal with then the holier then thou circuit court.

This is most likely what you’d call a “victim’s advocate “, a person assigned either by the judicial system or from a domestic violence/sexual assault shelter that helps the victim and their family through the process. If you’ll notice the header on the page is “aggravated assault contacts”, so it’s probably a counselor type person to help the victim find services and counseling as well as relief.

I can't see like 150 bucks a week lasting him. Doordash is expensive, plus gas for car, electric bill, and other stuff. He is going to have to either sell stuff or get a more steady job with higher pay.

Unless he can get out of the lease he just signed he has expenses of rent and any utilities not included. Not sure how much his pedophile girlfriend makes on her onlyfans but ultimately she is his employee too. Probably should have stayed home with mommy Ralph, when it rains it pours.
