I mean if your understanding of female anatomy is limited to porn that works.

There are actually many things that can lead to that degree of deformation of the breast. It could be a genetic predisposition like tuberous breasts (basically they form improperly in puberty and develop asymmetrically into more of a tube shape versus a sphere), but she could have experienced a cycle of rapid weight loss and/or gain and that can do it as well. Lots of things can cause a woman's breasts to get wonky looking. I've seen worse.

I doubt most of this is true. She's a classic case of attention/victimization/hypocondria that is super gay and affects many women her age (and older tbh).

This is interesting. We know Ralph uses Tor because he had a guest on talking about different operating systems and which were best for privacy, and Ralph mentioned Tails as an example without prompting. Tails is a Tor-only os designed for journalists/spooks in hostile countries because it doesn't store data on disk, the only way a retard like Ralph would know about it is if he was buying drugs off the dark net markets as Tails is the recommended os in many guides. The thing is that it is pretty much only drug buying that Tails is recommended for outside of its legit use, dealers, pedos and terrorists are recommended something more hardcore like Whonix on Qubes.

Could it be that the retards Ethan has under his gunt are under there becuase they are too retarded/scared to know how to source drugs on DNM?
