So he threatens Twitch, says they're incompetent and he's going to leave them, then expects them to give him another contact at Twitch right when he asks. His ego is way too big for who he is, Pig needs to play in the pen and take the slop he is given.

What a fucking scumbag.
In this case I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt and say he couldn't remember the amount while panicking about the ban. Funny/interesting nonetheless.

-EDIT- He confirms the claims are from (someone claiming to be) THQ Nordic. Claims were filed on today's live stream and the VOD of said live stream.

The Digital Millenium Copyright Act is so fucking awful. It's abusable, it's easily morphed and twisted, and worst of all, it isn't just a problem now. It's been a problem for years. I learned about this during the early years of YouTube Poop, and when a bunch of Nintendo game videos not made by Nintendo were getting taken down with extremely false and unproven people misrepresenting a brand or company (sometimes, the brand or company didn't exist, and would just take down a video because the DMCA looked professional enough.) Even a few years back, an episode of Family Guy used someone's own YouTube video, and because it matched the footage in technicality, the video was taken down for copyright. There seriously needs to be a reform.

The way he speaks about his beggacy, he makes it sound like there would be a "wound in the force" if he were to leave the internet. If/when he finally gets ousted from his cushy "job" as a khantent creator, nobody is going to clamor for some poorly-played video game footage made by some emaciated asshole. I hope we get to laugh at the final chapters having been written by some nutjob exploiting an admittedly broken system. It's only fitting for someone who somehow failed his way to "success" to ironically fail his way to failure through no real doing of his own.

I know it's been said before, but I've never seen anyone move and flail around as much as DSP while simply talking. Especially when there's nobody else in the room technically.
You know I keep hearing this and I'm surprised someone hasn't made a highlight reel of Pigroach's autistic swaying and 35 BMI from the last time this happened.

DSP is so close yet so far to having a moment of clarity.

"Why doesn't this affect anyone except me?"

Unfortunately the next step is realizing that he's at fault and then doing something about it.

Even though he's technically not in the wrong in this case since DMCA is bullshit.

I agree, but this isn't the hill to fight that battle on or the horse to back in that race.

I don't keep up with Phil that much but if I were getting banned 3x in less than 2 weeks, I would just go to a different platform. Surprised he hasn't switched to YT full time. Is his retention awful over there or is there another reason?

He can't moderate his chat as hard and he NEEDS that miniscule amount of power in his life to ban people.

DSP just folded his arms like a pouty child.

I think he actually gets more views on YouTube.

"Everyone is going to start getting false takedowns if Twitch doesn't stop this from happening to me!"

No one watches you, Phil, and the issues with DMCA have been around for a decade. You don't see other people getting taken down en masse because not everyone is a massive cunt who engenders negativity and disgust and hatred day-in and day-out for years.
